Long story short, I deposited nearly 200,000$ into 1xbet, won big bets, tried to withdraw and they blocked my account completely.
Then I went into appeal-mode to unblock my account.
I provided every possible document imaginable to them but to this date (3 months passed), they haven't verified or payed me yet.

They ask me to send them notarized version of my crypto payments.
I sent 2 payments using btc and eth, sent them from my personal trust wallet.
Since crypto is illegal and banned in my country, I cannot go to a public notary to give them notarized version, so their request is totally non-sense
Recommendation: Do not send big amounts to 1xbet
I sent exactly what they asked for
They are just refusing

I already explained 1000 times
Crypto payments sent from personal wallet can't be notarized , cause they are not issued by government and since crypto is banned in my country , no public notary is going to do that
