On June 11, 2025, I submitted a withdrawal request of 5000 EGP from my Mostbet account (ID: 244172066) to my Vodafone Cash wallet in Egypt.
Today is June 23, and I have not received the money.
I contacted Mostbet support multiple times and received generic responses only, saying "your request is being processed" for more than 10 days.
I contacted Vodafone, and they confirmed NO transfer has been received.
I also provided evidence — screenshots of my Vodafone transaction history. Still, Mostbet has done nothing.
This is unacceptable and fraudulent behavior.
I’m escalating this case to Vodafone and consumer protection channels in Egypt and publishing public warnings on all scam-reporting websites.
Avoid using Mostbet. They will withhold your money and ignore you for weeks.
