I am writing to report a serious case of fraud by 1xBet. My name is Yuvraj and my user ID is [protected]. After completing all required verification steps, including full ID and address verification, 1xBet suddenly locked my account and denied me access to over $14,000+ in legitimate winnings.

I have complete proof including screen recordings of my account balance, verification completion, communication with their support team, and repeated attempts to withdraw my funds. Every effort to contact them has been met with silence or vague excuses.

I have already submitted evidence to other betting platforms, YouTubers, and social media influencers, and am now warning others through this platform. This company is not trustworthy, and users should avoid risking their hard-earned money with them.

Stay away from 1xBet. Their actions show clear signs of fraudulent behavior.

It is also obvious that you are only replying here because ComplaintsBoard is a public platform. Otherwise, after many emails and attempts to contact you, I received no response. This shows that your concern is only for your public image, not for genuine customer support.

You are trying to present yourselves as a reliable company, but your actions prove that you are highly deceptive and fraudulent. I have all the evidence, and I am already exposing your company’s real, disgraceful side on public platforms. I will continue to do so until justice is fully served.

Now, regarding the issue you mentioned:

While I did create more than one account initially, I later informed your support team and formally requested an account merge, which was successfully completed. I have full proof of communication and confirmation regarding the merge from your side. Since then, I have only used the merged, verified account under my real name.

I have never violated any of your stated rules after that. I use only my personal IP, email, and bank card, and no one else from my family or household holds any account with 1xBet. All activity has been conducted honestly and transparently.

If you are blocking my account, you must clearly state which specific rule I have violated after the account merge. Your vague and generic responses are not acceptable. I have the right to a transparent explanation and fair treatment.

You only seem to reply on public complaint boards just to protect your image, but you never actually solve the real issues. The truth is, no one has ever been able to withdraw a large amount of winnings from your platform. I will make sure this fact is spread widely and publicly.
