I have been trying to contact 1xBet's security department for several weeks regarding an "Authorization Error" on my account when attempting to withdraw my funds. Despite sending multiple emails to security-en@1xbet-team.com from my registered email ([protected]@gmail.com), I have not received any reply.
Whenever I contact their live chat support, I am told to email the security department. However, the security department continues to ignore my messages. This lack of response has completely blocked my ability to withdraw my funds.
I have already submitted all required documents for account verification. I suspect that my email might have been blocked, and I am being ignored without explanation. This situation is unacceptable and frustrating.
I request immediate action and a resolution to this issue. If I do not receive a response soon, I will consider escalating this matter to a higher authority or regulatory body.
