Dear sir,
I have transferred an amount of Rs 48000 to [protected]@indus (Rizwan alam) dated 02.05.2024 at 7:29 PM. The deposit request was not made to him as page got refreshed.
I have made a deposit request several times.
Its been more than 5 days, i have not received money in my 1xbet account. Instead of several mails and chats with customer executives no step has been taken till yet. I have provided all the details and screenshots.
This is really frustrating and pathetic. Kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue at earliest.

I deposited 20000 INR in my 1xbet account on 20th April 2024 but no amount was credited to my account. I checked with 1xbet support team by submitting all relevant documents but till today no reply from them.

Why 1xbet support takes longer time to respond and solve customer's problems?

1xBet Deposit rejected by the operator

I did a payment of INR 50000 on 03.05.2024 but after some time I got a notification saying Deposit rejected in the amount of INR 50000 via epayment (Rejected)

I tried to connect customer care by using the online chat and calling facilities, but every time when I call them ended up with giving fake promises saying that the problem will resolve within one hour, but which never happens during the last three days.

I’m contacting them and this is the worst customer service I ever had.

Kindly, someone help me to solve this problem

I deposited 10000 Rupees into my account using my ( PHONEPE UPI-maheshwararao.[protected]@ibl )and the transaction was successful as well as the bank already notifies that it was already deducted in my saving account, but it was not reflected in my Gaming account.

1xBet Deposit hasn't been topped up for 36 hours

Hi, my id is [protected]. I made a deposit of 500 000 VND using MoMo Ewallet in 4:00 AM (GMT+7) and after 36 hours, i haven't received my money. I tried contacting the regional support staff but all they said is please wait while we process your order.

They asked me two times to log out of my account and then made an order again and they'd top up the account but still, nothing happend. Every time now that i asked have you guys resolved my problem, they just auto respond "We will get back to you when we have detail, please wait"

It's really frustrating right now. Not only that i don't receive my deposit, support staff refused to help and there's no compensation after 36 hours
