1xBet Deposited still not reflecting my wallet

I made my first deposit when the problem start occurred on March 3, 12:05 AM PH time, my deposited amount amounting to Php500.00 wasn't reflected in my e-wallet. I've waited until the next morning and went to check my wallet and the funds is still not reflecting. I went to their customer service this and they said that the it still in process but In my opinion, such things won't last long up to this date. I tried to deposit again with a small amount March 04, 8:56 pm amounting to PHP 250 by their propose means and again, it does not reflect in my wallet.

Claimed loss: PHP 750.00 (roughly around 15 USD)

Desired outcome: If they can't process those transactions, just give me back my money.

For the past month and a half i have been trying to contact the security team, without success.

So I reach out the info team in order for them the assist me, no success there either.

Now i reached the info team once again in order to file an oficial complaint due to the lack of action and the extent of time i have been waiting for an answer, again they refuse to assiste me .

In my case i have a very small amount that i can afford to be STOLEN by this company, but i highly recommend everyone to stay away from this company.

After two months of being ignored ( still haven’t heard from the security team) , the solution was simple but what made this issue soo hard was the lack of support…

Hello,

The current method I’ve used was Skrill and I have done withdraws with that method.

Any how if for some reasons it defaulted to AstroPay, since I have done everything you asked, and since security team has never answered me, can I ask you to change the method of withdraw to Skrill ?

I have done the deposit and I believe I did the rollover as well.

The specific issue of this complain circles around the fact that the security team for two months has ignored my emails and the info team has clearly refused to provide me a substantial form of assistance, ignoring the content of my emails and not providing me an official form of complaint.

I assure you I will not stop and it’s not for the money. There’s a total lack of respect from 1xBet to their customers.

1xBet the locked my account after verifying it

Upon starting my account with 1xBet, I promptly completed the requested verification process by submitting all the necessary documents. Subsequently, I have been actively using my account for both deposits and withdrawals without any issues. 1xBet No withdrawal access or willingness to facilitate withdrawal access.

On 24February I tried to make a withdrawal from my account. I was told documents needed to be provided. I provided them in a long email exchange.

I was told the only way to withdraw would be from a credit card from my home country which I had used to deposit into my account once. The vast majority of my deposits were through fast bank transfers from my bank account in the country where I reside.

I attempted, twice to make the withdrawal through the channel they told me to use, but both withdrawals failed because of the “operator”.

When I asked them to allow me to make the withdrawal into the account I always use for deposits, they simply said: we’ve already assisted you.

So I suppose I just can’t withdraw my money?

1xBet 1xbet MasterCard Withdraw problem

My ID: [protected] so I made a first deposit with my master card and I bet with it and when I tried to withdraw with my mastercard it was rejected so I contacted the customer service and they asked me to make a new deposit with another payment method because there is a technical issue so i can't withdraw with Mastercard since one week so I made a deposit with bitcoin and I bet with all the new deposit and now when I am trying to withdraw with the bitcoin it say the bitcoin method is Not available when I try to withdraw with my Mastercard it's rejected during and I bet with all the new deposit and now when I am trying to withdraw with the bitcoin it say the bitcoin method is Not available when I try to withdraw

1xBet Withdraw error

On January 20 I sent an email to 1xBet due to a withdraw method error. The message said I had to withdraw from the same method I made the deposit (AstroPay).

Not only I have been making deposits from Skrill since September one, I have already made withdraws to Skrill and the AstroPay method is not even available.

I have been waiting for a resolution of my issue since January, and so far no answer from the security team, but an automatic email asking me to wait.

Desired outcome: To be able to make withdraws to Skrill, but an answer would be nice.

I’m using the same method of deposit I used for my last withdraw. Why can’t you understand that and help me ?

I used skrill to make my deposits and now I can’t withdraw to skrill when before I could.

I already did another deposit. I already made bets over 1.1 and I already roll over.

Hello,

1- As shown in the pictures on this post (and 1xBet can easily verify it on their system), i made my deposit via Skrill on September 1 2023 and made an withdraw to Skrill on December 11. But now the system is not accepting skrill as a withdraw method.

2- I have reached 1XBet security team regarding this subject but so far ( almost two months) no answer .

I have asked several times info team for a complaint contact and got no answer.

Looks like a mad house.

If you had carefully read my complaint, you would have realized that the whole point of my complaint is that i have reached out 1xBet info-team and security-team and they have ignored me for over one month!

I am waiting for answer from the security team for over one month, that’s my complaint.

First they block me from withdrawing from the method I used to deposit and when i reached them, they ignored me.

A month has passed, i need a resolution.
