What Happened:
On October 13, 2026, at 15:59 Iran time, I purchased a Premium Voucher worth 11,200,000 IRR (approximately $43 USD). At 16:03 Iran time, I submitted the voucher code PSVouchers-43_08-USD-7-4lvifgl3klzkd1vhdg27ha68r4f9 to my 1xBet account for deposit. The deposit request was rejected and my account was not credited.
I immediately checked the voucher status with the Premium Voucher provider. The official Premium Voucher support on Telegram has confirmed—with a screenshot—that this exact voucher was redeemed/consumed on 1xBet at 16:03 Iran time, exactly when I submitted it to 1xBet. I did not enter or use this voucher on any other website.
I contacted 1xBet support and opened tickets #23936462 and #23815577. After four days, the tickets are still marked as “under review” and no resolution has been provided. 1xBet’s response has only been that the voucher was “consumed,” without providing any redemption/tracking details or crediting my account.
