Avoid this Bookmaker.
I recently tried to verify my account and provided all requested information, including my ID and payment details. During the process, I was asked whether I was in contact with certain individuals (Sherman Matthew, Sojudi M, Langeroodi Ali), none of whom I know or have ever interacted with.
Shortly after, approximately $2,100 CAD was removed from my account without any clear explanation. When I asked for details and requested to speak with a supervisor, their support team became uncooperative and eventually told me they would no longer respond to my emails.
I am extremely concerned about how my funds were handled and the lack of transparency and accountability throughout this process. Has anyone else experienced something similar with this bookmaker?
Inconvenience? I have been intouch sending non stop emails to your team through various different addresses, ghosted... This is fraud and your company steals from their customers...
I did not violate any of the terms and service. The investigation was unjust, and as such I am in contact with my lawyer for pending legal action.
There was to justification and prompt communication between parties, simply just closed my account and took the funds. AND I was never cooperating or working with any other people, simply was winning too much for your book. This is an utter disgrace and stealing.
This is disgraceful, there’s so many other people on this site who experienced the same issue and it is clear that this book maker is stealing from their customers that win.
There was no just investigation, simply a claim and a confiscation of funds. It’s against the law. You can continue to say that there is a violation of terms of service but I am telling you that to simply make a claim without cooperating with customers is absolutely wrong.
I am in contact with my lawyer, and there will be pending legal action.
Ya never happened. Just a winning bettor who got their winnings taken away. I never was operating from another device, and I never doing anything that was mentioned. Really is disgraceful and it’s frankly stealing. It’s the same story over and over again on this discussion board.

I never opened another account. Simply the fact that traders have similar trading activity doesn’t mean that they are colluding. Makes absolutely no sense, and is completely fraudulent to do something like this with no just investigation.
