I registered with the 1xbet company in Somalia on 22/10/2025. I started playing casino and 1xgames with my mobile ID and deposited a lot of money, about 20,000, and I have proof of the previous days. It started that sometimes I couldn't withdraw the money, but when I continued to play and lose money, I thought I would withdraw a little, it would be resolved, but the problem increased and finally my account was made Authorized by the security team, and get sms to contact the security team. I contacted them and they said send me your documents and proof of receipts of the money you deposited or withdrew. I sent all the documents they requested from me, when they received my evidence and the documents I had sent and saw that everything was correct, they kept quiet and did not respond to me and I do not know why. I created my ID on 22/10/2025 and deposited 20k dollars to 1xbet and now my account is blocked for 5,788 dollars, so I am asking anyone who can help me with my issue to help me.

I have sent you the first and last money that I deposited, and it is linked to my phone number [protected] and you can send me the code, it is linked to my email nuurmaxamuud2009@gmail.com and you can also send me the code. You can get all my information from your representative in Las Anod, where I used to send the money and exchanged 1xbet money and I have the proof of the money I sent from my Golista and Telesom numbers that I deposited or withdrew. Currently, I have $5,788.05, and the money I deposited is more than 20,000 dollars. This seems to be the case for anyone who deposits a lot of money in 1xbet. I have seen many Somalis who are suffering from this problem, there fore, there is a Somali 1xbet employee in Somalia who can prove that I am the owner of this account info-so@1xbet-team.com and use that email. because on my ID card my name is written in English but my 1xbet account is written in Somali with the same name. In conclusion, I request that any evidence required from me be obtained from me, so that the ban on my account is lifted and give me an email to submit any evidence required from me because the 1xbet security team are not responding to my email and they seem to unwanted to solve my issue

Dear 1xbet company do not ignores that I own the account even though I have provided all the evidence, but there is a spelling error in the ID name of Name written and English Name written, so since I am the owner of the account, the 3 letters of the name that were wrong are easy to reconcile. Look the photo below

My identification ID= Nour Mohamed Ali
Only 3rd name uu = e and third name C is extra
I am requesting to reconcile and unblock my ID

I say to the 1xbet company, please do not ignore my answer and do not bother me. I return to you, second time there is no valid document that I linked to my account when I registered it. Pls, for the third time, I return to you, there is no valid document that I registered when I created my 1xbet account. And What I am asking you now is to enter my valid document. So when I pass on the ownership of my account, you have sufficient evidence and whatever evidence is required of me. I am alerting the company that when I opened my account, 1xbet gave me an ID and password and did not require me to enter a document. When I deposited $12,000, I thought I would withdraw money. It required me to fill out the profile and I filled it in a hurry. I did not enter my ID number. If you had linked it to me, I would have looked into it. But if I left something out, if I'm ready, it's clear to you that it's my account. I always ask to be worked for me and the company's reputation be protected.

Thank you for responding to me. I have verified my deposit proof since I created the account. I have sent all the receipts of the money I deposited to 1xbet security team. Now I am sending them to you. Please check. But the problem is that 1xbet security team is not responding to my email. Pls try to understand that they are not responding to me. I have been complaining to their email and they have not responded for a month and more.
