Created 1xbet acc last week, got lucky on sports betting and made 418 euros profit in few days, decided to withdraw it today and got hit with all the requests. Took a picture of my passport, then took picture of me holding the passport while the emails from 1xbet are visible in the same picture, got though all the verification just to be told that they will block me forever and suspend my winnings for apparently "having multiple gaming accounts" which I never had, this was the only 1xbet account I ever had. How do you even can have multiple accounts in 2026 when systems are advanced like never before? I don't understand how can they be saying such things. It's very clear that they are not happy I made 400 euros in few days so they doing whatever they can to not pay those out. Im just a simple guy, work and stay home person, decided to get entertained a little bit and now all my winnings are gone. Avoid this company at any costs, they are shady, unreliable and will do anything not to pay you the money back.
Recommendation: Never use, never play there, you will never receive the winnings
Thats the problem, Ive never used 1xbet in my life nor did anyone from my family, thats the only account that I ever had and I never had multiple accounts, my bank card was never used by anyone else except me, you're just making up things that are not true because I won 418 euros at your site, otherwise you'd have the proof but you don't. Trust pilot and complaintboard are full of identical complaints, you're using this tactic to many of us, to scam money out of us. I have provided you with all the documentation that you required and you still stole all my winnings and closed my account. I demand my winnings to be paid out or I'll be forced to contact relevant authorities
My previous comment exposing unfair treatment of 1xbet was deleted without my consent, therefore Im letting everyone know again, that Ive never had multiple accounts, nobody used my card expect me, I provided you with all requested documents and pictures. You took 418 euros of my winnings and banned my account. How are you going to wire my money back to me? Do you need my bank details?
Im telling you a hundredth time, I DID NOT VIOLATE ANY RULES AND MY WINNINGS ARE FAIRLY WON. you're just scammers that's all you are. If you were normal company your ratings would be 5 stars but they aren't for a reason. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS AT ANY COST
Don't know what you're talkint about so you might aswell stop replying same generic nonsense. I NEVER HAD MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS, NEVER USED VPN, NO MISMATCHED CARD OR DEVICE and there are as many playing styles as there are people in the world so you definitely cannot judge anything by a playing style, these are just other excuses for not paying the money. Just say it like it is, you are scammers, you scam money out of people and you don't care. That's the reality.
So for the reference of this complaint - 1XBET NEVER CONTACTED ME REGARDING THIS ISSUE AND NEVER OFFERED A SOLUTION, NEVER PAID FAIRLY WON MONEY OUT, BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS AND NEVER PLAY ON THIS PLATFORM , YOU WILL NEVER SEE YOUR MONEY.
Judging by your stupid answer you confirming that you are scammers who steal money from people, since your answer has nothing to do with my case and is irrelevant to my case you can aswell just shut up scammer.
