I made 2 deposits of 10,000 each, total of 20,000 on 30th March 2026 but money is not credited to my account. The support was poor, always giving me the same reply, no Estimated time of resolution stated. Just asking me to wait and wait . Also giving me fake promises . It has been 20 days till now and still I didn’t receive my amounts . The experience with support was frustrating, no proper resolution. The issue is getting delayed on and on forever. I don’t know what the hell the payment team is doing, no at all working on my case
I have all the proofs , I’ve shared multiple times over email and chat support.
Support refuses to give a real update and keeps repeating the same scripted reply.
