It a nightmare, this call center is the worst... Even the agents they disconnect calls, after the caller had been on wait for 10+ and 20+ minutes... So disgusting and unprofessional... They dont know anything and keep trasnfering calls, all the times the system is not working, and they keep asking for credit card number and details, which were already entered during call verification, same apologies all the times
Another major issue is response on email, no one responds to the email they keep telling, [protected]@fgb. Ae
Both means to contact for customer support are pathetic, this bank is not worth having any accounts or credit cards...
