So today, I.e. on November 23, in India, it was showing that you can pay ₹599 and can watch 20 episodes without any adds for 7 days. But I still can’t watch the episodes without the add. I’ve made the payment but I don’t know why is the provision not being available . I was watching The Double life of My Billionaire Husband.

Please look into the matter as I’ve paid the full amount already.

Hey I just paid for a deal on reel short 7days ad free and I’m still getting ads can y’all please fix this or refund me my money because I watch y’all short shows everyday so I figured why not pay but now it’s like y’all took my money and I still have to watch ads so unfair. I paid money to watch the full story of my fave story but why after watching 1 episode it says again that i need to pay again imagie P 278 for 1 episode.Thts too much i paid the amount coz i thought i can watch the whole series with tht amount.It says 278 is equvlent to 500 coins the story is jst 85coins but y after paying it i just watch 1 episode thts scam.

I downloaded reelshort app on friday 10th November 2023 and I was claiming my bonuses and doing my daily task to collect bonuses. The app claims that the coins and bonuses can unlock episodes but after doing my daily tasks for extra bonus they didn’t work to unlock more episodes.

So gutting as I am just on the last few episodes of “the double life of my billionaire husband” which don’t allow me to watch ads to unlock the episode for free.

This morning. Sunday November 5, 2023, I paid for 500 coins for ₽463.44 ($4.99), which ONLY GAVE 1 MINUTE OF VIEWING THE "MOVIE," and says I have 31 coins remaining. What the heck is this stupid app and whose bright idea came up with this crap?! THIS IS A RIP OFF! I don't know who the developers think wants to watch 1 minute reels rather than a movie in its entirety, but MOST people want to watch it from start to finish. Some of us are not of the generation that gets bored with things that require our attention for longer than a minute or two. This is the most ridiculous app I have ever had the misfortune to see.

I am trying to watch a free add, it is not working. I also want to watch another episode, the app stopped responding. October 23, 2023 at 2:14.

I am not given the option to watch any ads to unlock the next episode for free. I originally had the app for two days and on the third day I was forced to use coins to unlock the next episode. So I deleted the app in hopes it was a glitch. I even waited a few weeks. I just redownloaded the app and I am still not able to watch an ad for free access to the next episode..

I bought more coins to watch the short reel about Sebastian klien with the husband of two lives. It said that the 500 coins costed $4.99 but it’s almost $50 I want my money back! I bought the $4.99 because it’s cheaper but it’s expensive and I was over charged! I wanted to finish the first reel I did because it got interesting but I ran out of options for the day I was not able to watch an ad to watch it for free. I was expecting to get charged $4.99 not almost $50!

I decided to buy coins to keep watching the movie I purchased 1000 coins for 9.99 and was charged $30.88 instead. I would like to be refunded the difference as I would have never purchased if I would have been charged much more than the asking price. I below have attached the purchase history for date 8/27/23 and my banking charge that I was charged instead. Please get back to me.

I want to cancel my subscription. Too expensive and just way too much. Cancel it. Cancel. I wanted to cancel before the free trial was up. But u guys conveniently don't have a place on ur site to cancel. Ok well this is my 4th attempt to cancel my subscription. It was around July 21st. The first time I tried contacting u. I was willing to watch the 1 minute episodes and the 2 minute game ads as I was hooked to see what happens at the end. Since this is advertised by Apple and Google as *free movies" I got to the last 5 episodes and couldn't wait to find out the ending only to find out you have to pay for the supposed free movie. I now will never know how the story ends. I've deleted the app as it's a rip off. Don't advertise something as free when it cost's at the end.

This is ridiculous. I pd 15 bucks for 1800 coins and can’t even get through one whole serious! In order to get through it u have to have over 3500 coins which is more than 30 bucks! That’s insane! Movie theaters are cheaper, hell even the streaming services have better prices! The books that go along with these stories are even cheaper! Get it together and stop scamming ppl! It should NOT cost that much for a 60 min story line! It’s not worth it! Free adds suck when they are just as long if not longer than each little 1-2 min video. U would spend 1.5 hrs watching ads just to get 1 hr of story line. Get it together REELSHORT BECAUSE RIGHT NOW YOU SUCK!

July 15, 2023. I waited a day to watch adds and it still says I have to wait another day. Meaning, I downloaded the ReelShort app on July 15 and now that it is past midnight on July 16 (it is currently 2:10AM July 16) it still says that I have to wait another day to watch more adds for free coins. Please resolve this issue and allow me to watch adds for free coins because I have waited the necessary time.

I was interested in just a quick show but instead all I got was a long experience with way to many adds. In many cases the adds are just as long as the short episode.
To avoid the adds I tried purchasing the coins or credits. That barely allowed me to watch one show.
Extremely disappointed.

Literally you only get 1 minute or play time, then you have to watch an ad. You only get 15 ads a day or you have to pay. I thought the whole reel was the coin amount, paid $4.99 and only got to watch about 6 parts. Complete waste! Then if you make it to the end of the pasta the last few parts are pay/coin only. Complete scam!

The ads are about half as long as the clips (60 second clip, 30 second add). Once you get near the end you MUST pay to see the ending. Acting is ok, story is ok, but predictable, add time stinks, watching all those adds just to get to the end and have purchase the ending is what made me decide to delete the app. Bleh, do not recommend.

You get sucked into a story. I didn't mind the ads. But I have to pay to finish the last 4 scenes of the story? There's no way to do more ads. You have to pay to finish the story after getting invested. Guess I'll never know how it ends. I feel so cheated. If this were to change I would have given 5 stars. Right now I wish I could give 0 stars.

You get 30 sec videos with 20 sec ads in between each episode, so lame, they are making a ton of money on ads and they can’t make the video longer? The story’s have terrible actors but the plots are okay. I had to delete the app I got Netflix, Hulu, HBO and more that I pay for no ads. I would rather pay that then watch 20+ ads to finish the story out. So disappointed
