It is a great tool that anybody can use. It does not matter what type of business, school, or type of work you do you will get out of this service if you have to continually deal with PDF documents. Do you need to sign something? Check. Do you need to change a shipping label by a major retailer for a return? check. Tax documents? check. For real, I'm just a regular stay at home dad and I use this AT LEAST twice a month.

The product is very good and it works very nice and it's very easy to comprehend how to use it, but the way you have the purchase setup I feel is very misleading I signed up for the month the month payment and you took a full year out of my account I did not like that that is why I would never recommend your product to anyone want to use because you can really mess up a person and you could be taking money that they could not have to be taken at the time.
You need the fix your payment process area or you will lose other customers like myself because I did report it to the Better Business Bureau cuz I did not appreciate that.

You do have to give your credit card to use their service. And then you get a free trial. I forgot to cancel it and surprised to find a $96 charge - my fault. Online it appears that, of course, I could cancel, but it would be effective one year from my initial billing! I went through the online cancellation, which at that point, they offered me to stay at a rate of approx. $24. It actually seemed like a good price, but the wording was a little strange. I wasn't sure if they meant they would reverse the $96 charge, then charge me $24. Or did they mean $24 at the renewal next year. Anyway, I continued with the cancellation and then a customer service pop-up came on. I explained I forgot to cancel and I would like a refund with a pro-rated cancellation. They wrote back to me instantly and said they would refund my money! I received a credit on my Visa a short while later. I couldn't believe the customer service and would 100% recommend them.

I have never authorized any subscription from any email that I use. I don't know why there is a charge to my bank account. Please give me a refund. ASAP! The charge was on 15/04/2024

I don't have any other information as to where this charge is coming from. I noticed that R 1897,83 was withdrawn from my account. I don't know what else to say. But please refund the amount. As I said, I never authorized any subscription from my email. I've never used this site and don't know why my account was charged . This is a fraud never agreed or subscribed to anything that will take such money as I cannot afford such please refund back my money.

A month ago I logged on to pdffiller to get a fee assignment work don eon their free trial. Exactly in a couple of hours of usage, I cancelled my subscription. As I know, I wasn't going to need $141 worth of subscription. To my surprise, I wake up to the same amount deducted against an annual subscription! I, in fact, forgot about the website.

It upsets me to know that no heads up were shot through in emails, about the conversion of free trial to full-time subscription, as a best practice. I would have ensured the cancellation again. Please look into this matter.

As a student, I hope the pdffiller team understands how big of a dent that must have made. Requesting you to kindly refund the amount deducted, and please erase my personal details off your system & access to your platform.

They will advertise their services as free, but they are NOT free! They will manipulate you into believing you can edit your pdf for free, but when you attempt to save all of your hard work, you are forced to pay $8 a month. The fee of $8 a month needs to be immediately and clearly advertised everywhere on the website as transparently aspossilble. They pretend the service is free and do not tell you about the surprise $8 fee until the last possible second on purpose, it's a gross business tactic that I will not stand behind. Think that their scam tactics are really disgusting, I will never use any products or service from this company again.

Company is a credit card scam!

I've been registered without my will and knowledge by someone with strange e-mail. They used my credit card details. I've been charged 20US.
When I asked a company about that, they VERY QUICKLY decided to refund after my first message, without checking anything. But if someone was registered as a simple user (even with a stolen card), why make refund so quickly? Without any investigation and questions? So I checked all the complains to PDFfiller and the answer is simple.
PDFFiller management knows very well about their methods to "acquire" users and stealing credit card data from other companies. This is how they do their "business". They should end in jail.

my experience is terrible. Your program immediately made me commit to payment to receive full use for free example which is almost useless. It worked one time to edit a document. From then on it would lock up my computer eternally until I stopped its function by cancelling the browser. It would not allow me to edit a document. It would not allow me to reliably save a document. I had to start over so many times it was rediculous. I hope other people have a better experience with your program. The sad thing it was reccomened by the company that I do work for. I will definitely tell them not to reccomend it to anyone else. I also will cancel my credit card that I have secured with you and I expect you not to charge me.

Pdffiller has attempted to charge my paypal card numerous times. Sometimes as many as 7 times in 2 minutes... Why is this company charging my card at all? I've never even been to this site or have an account. Someone is doing some fraudulent things either at this company or in the name of this company. I canceled my card being charged but then pdffiller tried doing after I reported it stolen. Why is this even happening?

I only used this service for the free trial around Feb 2024 in order to make some changes to my resume; however, if I remember correctly, the edit option was not ideal. I would have to edit box by box, and my friend recommended Adobe Acrobat. I took his advice and was able to make the necessary edits on there. I canceled my trial that day, and never thought about it again. Then this morning I see a charge of $144. This is crazy, I currently only have $17 to my name, I don't have the luxury of being frugal right now nor did I then. Please take a look at this issue, because its a big one to me

I only used this service for the free trial around december of 2023 and immediately canceled subscription even before end of free trial. Suddenly it charged my account for 1,931.46php/ 33 usd on January 27, 2024 and another charge for 1,917.12php/ 33 usd on February 27, 2024. These charges are unauthorized and I didnt even use this service after the free trial and it seems like we are being scammed. This is bad business practice and I need a full refund for the two unauthorized charges please.

I am not using this, I don’t know how to use it.

I woke up today with a pending charge of $102.34 from supportpdffiller, and upon further inspection have been charged this amount for the past 2 years! I vaguely recall being charged last year and chalking it up to me forgetting that the free trial ran out. I deleted my account and just let it slide. Taking this into consideration, there is no excuse as to why I was charged this year. I am a broke college student now and can't just let these things slide anymore. I would like to request a refund of all three charges, as I never used any of PDF fillers' services to the point of a yearly charge. I see they have a good track record of resolving these issues, and appreciate their cooperation in working with their customers.

I have been charged $96 for Pdffiller when I have only used it once during the free trail and canceled it immediately after use. I even filled out the forum during the subscription cancellation explaining I only needed it for the one time use. I have now been charged $96, which is a ridiculous amount, and almost all of the money I have. There was also no warning given in any type of way that my “free trial” was ending and that I would be charged if I somehow didn’t actually cancel my account when I’m positive I did. I would like a refund, please. That is the money I need for my groceries and I will not be using this service again. I have had $49.00 a month since November 2023 out of my bank account for a service i do not have and have not ever used. I have tried to find this so-called account that I apparently have to no avail and I have sent numerous emails and support tickets over the past 4 months trying to get help with this issue from the company. I can't express my level of disappointment and frustration with PDFFIller enough – it's an absolute nightmare! The audacity of charging me $158 for a subscription I never wanted, especially after hastily ending my trial due to the lack of a critical feature, is beyond infuriating.

PDFFIller's immediate response to my refund request turned out to be a string of lies. Nearly a month later, and there's no sign of the promised resolution. My bank dismisses PDFFIller's claimed void issue, leaving me with nothing but excuses and worthless paperwork.

If you value your peace of mind and hard-earned money, steer clear of PDFFIller. My experience serves as a warning – this company is nothing short of a rip-off.
