I ordered the Keto Gummies in December. It was buy one bottle get one free. I did not sign up for a subscription. Today I received two more bottles in mail. I do not want them, nor do I want to pay for them. There is no phone number to call only the address I gave above with an order number. It’s not even the same product I ordered first time. Last ones were green, these are orange! How can I get this to stop?
I finally got through to customer service for the keto gummies! Use number 8.7.7 3.9.7 4.3.4.6. They canceled my subscription and after 3 go arounds agreed to refund me full price if I return them. They try to give you a partial refund and not have to return. I got a return authorization number to return them. It’s just the order number of the shipment I received.

What is the charge's name on your account for the withdraws. Someone told me to just call the bank and have them reject the charges going forward with them so they can no longer take money out of your account. I can't find what the charges are named on my mothers-in-law account.

Thank you all for your information. I was doing research before getting my one free bottle. It was from an Oprah advertisement that this was a Weight Watchers product. It also said she lost 60 pounds in a matter of weeks. The after photo looked photo shopped. This was all on I assume a "fake news" Time magazine article on Oprah advertising for WW.
I now know that trying one bottle is not worth the headache you have been through. Thank you all for your reviews.
Genesis Keto + Gummies is an absolute scam start to finish. No name or address on bottles. No name on return address on shipment and it's only a fulfillment center. Sign you up for a subscription without authorization then provide no email, address or phone number to cancel. After many many days and multiple phone numbers - some of which say can't find your "account" I finally reached a human. After 20 minutes of telling me I could have cancelled (although no number or email available) or how subscription was automatic unless I cancel then they try and negotiate a percent to return in product for a refund of a low percentage of money they'll refund. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR TACTICS - DEMAND YOUR MONEY.

I wish I had seen this first... I got suckered, the order in their system was for 6 bottles, $239.99 each shipment and it got set up on a subscription. The first month, I tried to get Discover to reverse the charge because the phone number on the website did not ring through so I called Discover the same day it happened. I should have followed up with Discover... I have gotten 2 more shipments from them and called the number on my statement today to find out they have a 30 day refund policy so I can return one but not the other two. This is asinine. BBB here I come. It's unfortunate that they have a bazillion names associated with that PO Box because I couldn't find a working number until I went to the card statement :(
It looks like these people have been doing this for quite some time. I ordered in Sept. of 2023, barely got the lid off the bottle and received six more bottles I did not order. As soon as I could, I sent these bottles back and got a tracking number from the Post Office. I looked online and was able to get the phone number and I thank the person who gave it. I checked the tracking number online a couple of days after I mailed the bottles and the bottles had been received at their facility in Smyrna, TN. If you listened to the call I made to them, you would think I was the first person who had a problem to hear this person I was speaking to. He told me I did not follow the rules, I should have called within 5-7 days, it was less than 5-7 days so he told me to call back next week so it would be within 5-7 days. I asked him if he knew what "within" meant. I told him this is a scam and I would report them to the FTC and the BBB and I insisted upon getting a refund. At this point I don't have a leg to stand on and I have nothing to lose and will file a complaint with both.

The telephone number to the Fulfilment Center is [protected]. No one will give you the name of this company - they just say they are a 3rd party contract center, but this is the warehouse that ultimately refunds your money. If you call and talk to them. they will give you a number to use in the address to return the product, ie, [protected], P.O. Box 7000, Smyrna, TN. When you mail the product back to them, make sure you keep your receipt from the Post Office with the tracking number. You will need that number repeatedly.
The best thing you can do is file a fraudulent claim report with your bank or credit card company. Get that started, and then file with the BBB, the Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance, Division of Consumer Affairs, [protected]. Just an FYI - Genesis does not have a company license number with the State of Tennessee, nor do they have one with the County of Rutherford, TN or the City of Smyrna, TN.
I have returned and verified everything and today they told me they would refund my money to me today. Then, they came back on the line and told me they had some issues on their end and could not refund. I made the mistake of telling them I had already filed the fraudulent claim report with my bank, so now they have told me it will be 3 weeks before they can refund.
I see Amazon is selling this product. I am going to do my best to alert them to this scam from Genesis. That address is:

Thank you for the good phone number. They tried to tell me that when I signed up that I knew there would be a monthly subscription, and that I had 30 days to cancel! I said that was not implied on the website and was extremely misleading. I would have never tried the product if I knew it would be a monthly subscription. Now to mail the product back and wonder if there is an legit keto gummies out there that doesn’t do this crap.

I talked to a lady named Maffy who told me that I didn't called before the 30 days to cancel.
This 30 days cancelation was nowhere in the advertisement, you had the option to either choose a one time or concurrent subscription, which I didn't pick.
She apparently was able to cancel the order and offered a $70 refund.

I’ve received 4 bottles of CBD gummies labeled Power. I did not order these and don’t even know what they are for. They came from Fulfillment Center PO Box 7000, Smyrna TN. There’s no manufacturer’s name or address or phone number. On Google there’s a phone number and email address for Power CBD but both are fake.

Will be writing the BBB for a refund and product return. This company uses a TPA for their return auths and does not provide the name of the business to the customer. This is FRAUDULANT business acumen and should be addressed IMMEDIATELY. Requested a return auth for this product. Company is not who they say they are and does not provide labels, name of the organization or anything to send this product back to reclaim funds. I will be disputing the charges with my cc company as well as reporting them to the the BBB for false advertising and misappropriation of funds.

i keep getting these shipments also! Have no idea where/ or who i need to cancel. I never ordered these so therefore, i have no idea who i need to contact to cancel/ get my money back!
You need to call [protected] (eight seven seven five four seven nine one two five). They will give you an RMA number and cancellation number. They offered me a stupid low refund. I said I want all of it. They said they couldn't give me more until they got the product back and it went through their inspection and sanitation process, whatever that means. I told her I would dispute it on my credit card.
The interesting thing is that I ordered Metabolix Labs Keto+ ACV Gummies. It showed on my credit care bill as Health Pros Optical in Wyoming.

Ordered CBD gummies (buy one, get one) but it’s deceptive because they actually charged me full price for each bottle ($129.88 for the order). Saw a second charge to my card and turns out they charged and shipped me something I did not purchase ($59.99). Called the phone number listed on the credit card transaction name and was told there was a checkbox that I did not uncheck when ordering (deceptive and utterly false as there was no other add-on components or checkbox on the site). Was given an RMA and told like others here that they would keep 50% of that charge for a restocking fee. The rep assured me that any subscriptions for either product were cancelled (no confirmation number and I assume they won’t email me confirmation either). Told me it will take 2-3 weeks to process the partial refund to my card after they receive the items back. Already filed a transaction complaint with my card provider.
Who did you contact? Do you have a phone number. I too ordered once and they have not billed me over $500. I have sent emails but have not gotten any responses. Any help would be appreciated.

So I ordered the Skin Tag product and when I received there was no number to call and never received an email. I ordered the CBD gummies and the Cryogen skin tag remover and thought it was a one time order, but I received another order of them this month and was charged $129.98 for each of them. I was able to call 1.8.8.8.5.4.1.1.4.5.6. to get the Cryogen skin tag remover cancelled and I was able to call1.8.5.5.4.7.8.4.0.3.4. to get the CBD gummies cancelled. They gave me reference #'s, but I also put in to have the charges reversed on my credit card.
I also went ahead and had my credit card cancelled and a new one sent to me just in case. This membership thing was a scam, but lucky I was able to get them cancelled.

Same story as others here! Complete fraud and information/identity theft! I received a package in the mail for product that I never ordered (and have no idea what it is). The packing slip didn’t have a company name, website, or phone number. I googled the address that it was shipped from and found the phone number listed above in this thread. The genetlemen I spoke to said his name was “Steve Anderson”. They refused to give me a full refund. They said they would refund 50% as a “courtesy” and kept repeating that it was a “customer initiated order”! I finally filed a dispute with my credit card company and now have to have the account cancelled and new cards issued. Someone needs to get this stopped and this company prosecuted for theft!
