The workers were smoking on my roof when they were supposed to install the shingles, and they even put their feet in my gutters. There was very poor management; the crew had no supervision at all. The boss went to Texas, saying he needed to be with his wife, so the workers just lounged around and did not do a good job. They took two days and still need to come back. They left a mess everywhere, and I am still picking up debris.

They damaged my gutters, putting their feet and body weight on them and breaking brackets. They promised to come back to fix the gutters and replace some shingles that were cut poorly—they look like waves—but they have not followed through yet. I am still waiting.

Also, the lady, Dawn G, told me she would credit my account, which is actually the insurance's, for all the trouble, but that does not help me. It shows a lack of empathy. They do not take pride in their work or their business, and the way they talk to and treat people is not good. Dawn G convinced me to hire them, but it has been nothing but a nightmare. She has been very dismissive and condescending to me on the phone.

I complained to her about the trash they left in my yard and my neighbor's yard, and about a bush that got burned. She just asked me how much the bush cost, as if she could just replace it, not understanding that it needs to be dug up and the area redone. It's not right to treat people poorly in this business. You should treat people's homes as you would want your own to be treated. They also dropped debris into my air conditioner unit, and nails, and now it has stopped working.

I was also not informed by the company about their charges until after the insurance company gave them a price, which is totally wrong. They should provide a price upfront. I am considering reporting them to ComplaintsBoard.com because of these issues.
