NFL Shop Negative stars!!!!

I ordered a jersey Oct 8 2023, here we are a month later and I'm still waiting. You might be wondering if I received an email letting me know that it was running late, well the answer is no. I contacted customer service, well I should have just stood in front of the mirror because NOTHING was resolved. I mean they did say they were sorry, think a refund on shipping would have been better. Then they said the item would ship on Nov 8th...let me remind you again that today is November 8th, so I go online and check on the item...surprise surprise, it's still processing. This was a birthday present... I don't even want anything anymore! Terrible! This whole experience has been terrible! Oh I would add photos of the item...BUT I have yet yo receive it!

NFL Shop NFL Shop's False Advertising and Terrible Shipping Experience

So, I decided to order a Jersey from NFL Shop, and it said it was in stock and ready to ship out the next business day. Perfect, right? Well, I was defaulted to "expedited" 3 day shipping for $13.99 at checkout, and I thought, why not? I wanted to have my Jersey by the weekend for the game. The next business day, I got an email saying it had shipped, great! But when Friday came, I got home and there was nothing there. No package. I clicked on the email that said it had shipped and clicked on tracking, but it sent me to some janky 1990's website of a shipping company I've never heard of called Ontrac. Okay, fine, let's click the details. But there were no details. It just said "shipped" and some random thing that said "data entry" in the status.

I decided to call NFLshop, but it was a huge hassle to get through the robot system and get a human. I waited on hold for 25 minutes and finally got someone. The lady was nice enough and apologized, saying "Sorry, that's really common to think it will arrive in 3 days, but it actually means it leaves the warehouse in 3 days. Customers misread that a lot, it's very common." Okay, maybe I did misread it, but I was done for the night. I thought maybe there would be a late night delivery. But Saturday afternoon came, and there was still nothing.

I decided to check out that 3 day shipping where I might have misread it. I picked out a jersey, went through the checkout process, and the lady straight up lied to me. Why? It said right there, the jersey was in stock, ships out next business day, pay $13.99 for a 3 day delivery. I ship out products daily, and I know exactly how much a 2lb priority package flat rate package costs to ship to me through USPS. I also know exactly how much a 2lb USPS priority mail costs to ship to me, even if it's not flat rate. Guess what? It's still under $13.99, and your business will still make a profit off your "shipping" side - which is lame, but whatever, at least the product arrives here in time, right?

Why even use this other company "Ontrac"? I looked them up, and their reviews are beyond terrible. I feel completely ripped off and worse off just straight up lied to. Terrible, you guys. You should be ashamed. I hope someone reads this in time, unlike me who found the site after the fact.

NFL Shop My Experience with NFL Shop: Frustrations with Shipping and Customer Service

I recently had an experience with NFL Shop (nflshop.com) that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I placed an order for a Denver Broncos Manning t-shirt, which according to the website, would ship within two business days. I opted for expedited 2-day delivery for an additional fee of $15.95, expecting to receive my item no later than Saturday.

However, to my surprise, I received a notification that my order had shipped much later than expected and was set to arrive on Monday. Upon contacting customer support through the online chat, I was informed that I would receive a refund for the shipping costs, but was also told that the customer service representative had no access to a phone to contact the shipping company. Instead, they provided me with a phone number I could call directly.

During my call with customer service, I was informed that the day I had placed my order did not count towards the shipping time, and that Saturday did not count as a shipping day. Furthermore, the representative informed me that the shirt I had customized to include Manning's name was nonrefundable and nonreturnable. Instead, I was offered a $10 credit towards my next purchase.

As a result of this experience, I am hesitant to order from NFL Shop again in the future. Not only was the shipping time much longer than advertised, but the use of a relatively unknown shipping company (LaserShip) and the inconsistent information provided by customer service left me feeling misled and frustrated. I would caution anyone considering using this site to be aware of these potential pitfalls and to research other options before making a purchase.

NFL Shop Unprofessional and Disrespectful Customer Service Experience with NFL Shop

My experience with NFL Shop was not at all pleasant. I opted for a 3-day shipping and was assured that my order would arrive as expected. Unfortunately, that was not the case. When I contacted the customer service, I was met with Sequina, who was very unhelpful and unprofessional. She stated that my order was placed at a "bad time" and that was why it would not arrive on time. I placed the order on a Thursday at 9 pm central time, well within their operations hours. I was informed that my order was not processed until Friday at 12 am, which was strange, but even if it was one full business day, my order should still have arrived on Wednesday as expected. Three business days were enough time for my order to arrive on Wednesday, but I was later told that it would take five business days instead.

Sequina was very rude, obnoxious and incredibly unprofessional. She spoke over me and raised her voice at me, which was rather disappointing. I have had experiences with exceptional customer service in the past, but Sequina was far from that. She could not provide any concrete explanation as to why my order was delayed for two extra days, and when I requested to speak with her supervisor, she tried hanging up on me. Moreover, she mispronounced my name and couldn't even get it right despite having my account information in front of her.

As a multi-billion dollar corporation, I expected NFL Shop to have better customer service. It was truly disappointing to be met with such utter disrespect and disregard. As a result, I will be returning my purchase and never shopping with them again. Instead, I suggest that people patronize their local football shops who often provide personalized care, and attention to customers' needs. It's disheartening to know that a company of this magnitude has an employee as unpleasant and unprofessional as Sequina. They need to hire people with class and professionalism to attend to their customers' needs.

NFL Shop Disappointing Experience with NFL Shop: Poor Service & Empty Promises

As a huge football fan and customer of sports gear, I decided to try purchasing items online for the first time through NFL Shop. Unfortunately, it was a huge letdown as their ability and service did not match that of Amazon. The beginning of my experience was promising as I stumbled upon an amazing Black Friday deal for a nice bag and salute to service hat that I planned to give as holiday gifts to my sister and father.

However, my excitement was short-lived as the items were shipped to a different location despite my clear address instructions. Following the supposed delivery of the package, I checked my security footage only to find no sign of it arriving at my home. Despite making many calls to both NFL Shop and Fedex, it was not easy to locate the package, and both parties readily passed the blame to each other.

After many fruitless calls, a representative from NFL Shop finally promised to do everything possible to make it right. However, this assurance turned out to be just that - empty words. The item I intended to purchase ended up being sold out, so the best solution they provided was to offer a refund. Unfortunately, I was told that this was all they could do and that I would have to repurchase the item at full price instead of the Black Friday deal price.

But that's not all! The agent initially offered to assist me in finding suitable replacement items and even offered to price match. I was elated and thought that NFL Shop was a great company that valued customers. However, when I contacted another agent about the offer, they refused to honor it and stated that only the exact sold-out item could be replaced. It was quite frustrating.

The holiday season is a time when companies should go above and beyond for their customers to make their experience memorable. Unfortunately, all I got was three weeks of phone calls, headaches, and nothing in return. I cannot wrap a refund and put it under a Christmas tree, and most importantly, customers don't forget such experiences easily.

Overall, I will not be ordering again through NFL Shop, and I want to advise others to caution while dealing with this vendor.

NFL Shop Disappointing Experience with NFL Shop's Customer Service and Delivery

I have been a loyal customer to NFL Shop for several years now and have always been satisfied with their products and services. Recently, I decided to order a customized jersey as a going away gift for one of my co-workers. I chose the 2 day shipping option for an extra fee, as we wanted to make sure it arrived in time for our farewell dinner.

However, I was disappointed to find out that my order had been cancelled five days later, with no explanation given as to why. To make matters worse, I received an automated email notifying me that my money would be refunded in ten business days. I was extremely frustrated, as it was already five days past the expected delivery date, and I had received no notification or explanation regarding the cancellation.

I reached out to customer service, hoping to resolve the issue and obtain a new jersey before the farewell party. However, the representative I spoke with was unhelpful and made no attempt to accommodate me or my co-workers. No waiving of the shipping fee, no expedited shipping, and no apologies or explanations were given. I found it incredibly disappointing that NFL Shop didn't take responsibility for the cancellation or offer any sort of compensation for the inconvenience this has caused.

Eventually, I ended up reordering the jersey and selecting a different shipping address since my co-worker had already moved away. It was frustrating to have to go through the process again, especially since it took several more days for the new jersey to be delivered.

As a long-time customer, I must say that I am quite disappointed in the overall experience with NFL Shop. I had always believed that they were a business that prioritized customer satisfaction, but my recent experience has shown me otherwise. I hope that they will take note of this issue and work to improve their customer service in the future.

NFL Shop Terrible Experience with NFL Shop: Delayed Shipping, Billing Issues, and Blatant Lies

I had an extremely frustrating experience with NFL Shop (nflshop.com) that I feel compelled to share. I ordered a jacket on December 13th, 2013, and the website warned that they were running about 72 hours behind in shipping. I paid through PayPal and the money was promptly withdrawn from my bank account and sent to nflshop.com, with confirmation of the transaction completed on December 16th. However, the status of my order remained listed as "new" even after December 17th. I made several phone calls to the company to follow up on the status of the order, but I was given the same response each time - they were swamped with orders and would try their best to have my jacket delivered by Christmas.

On the 18th, things took a turn for the worse. The company claimed that my billing address did not match what I had listed, even though I had provided both the same shipping and billing addresses. I was told that the supervisor would have to approve it the next day and that the item should ship by the 20th. Despite calling again on the 19th and being told the same story, I was not prepared for the disappointment that awaited me on the 20th. I was told I could change the shipping to next-day delivery and would be able to receive the jacket by Monday at no extra cost. Relieved, I made the change - only to receive a notification two hours later that my order had been refunded.

When I called to inquire about the refund, I was told that the order was cancelled because payment had not been received, even though I had a paper trail and the receipt from PayPal that showed otherwise. I lodged a complaint to both PayPal and the complaintsboard.com, frustrated and disillusioned by the whole experience. But then, six hours after that call, I received another email from NFL Shop stating that my order had not been processed due to "overwhelming demand" and that payment had not been received or captured. This was a blatant lie, and I was shocked by the level of dishonesty and incompetence on display.

Unfortunately, the ordeal had soured what was supposed to be a joyful holiday season. I had no choice but to search elsewhere for the same jacket, which I ultimately found at a similar price - but the time crunch meant that I had to do without overnight delivery. In hindsight, I would never recommend NFL Shop to anyone. They are scammers who seem to have little regard for the customer experience, and I advise others to avoid them at all costs.

NFL Shop Unreliable and Frustrating: My Experience with nflshop.com

I had an unfortunate experience with nflshop.com when I ordered a limited edition jersey on September 13th and paid a $25 fee for expedited shipping to ensure it arrived before a specific game. However, the game came and went, and I had received no information regarding my purchase. This led me to call customer service for the first time, only to be informed that the jersey would not ship until October 13th, rendering my expedited shipping fee completely unnecessary.

Although I was frustrated, I remained patient hoping to receive the jersey the following month. Unfortunately, November 13th rolled around and I had not received any confirmation of shipment. After contacting customer service a second time, I was informed of an unexpected delay at the warehouse resulting in a delay in shipping of a few days.

Needless to say, one week passed without any news of shipment, leaving me feeling extremely irritated. After contacting customer service yet again, I was informed that the jersey had not shipped and there was no target shipping date available. I was absolutely stunned when I requested a cancellation and a full refund, only to be told that my order had progressed too far along to be cancelled. At this point, I was desperate for my money back so I could simply purchase the jersey elsewhere and enjoy the season supporting my team.

Throughout this ordeal, the only compensation I received was a $20 store credit and a 20% discount on future orders. While this was nice, I have to say that I am livid with this experience and don't think I could ever do business with this site again. I have a sneaking suspicion that it's some sort of front, given the excessive delay in processing and shipping purchases. It surprised me to see how many negative reviews have been posted recently, and I wonder if anyone has had a positive experience.

In short, I would strongly advise others to steer clear of nflshop.com if they're looking for a reliable online retailer.

NFL Shop NFL Shop's Frustrating Experience: Cancellation, Wrong Jersey Set, Delayed Orders & Unresponsive Customer Service

I recently had an experience with nflshop.com that left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I ordered a Salute to Service Jersey in the middle of November and received an email informing me that my order had been cancelled without any warning. Although this should have been my first clue that there was an issue with the company's systems, I decided to give them another chance and reordered the jersey. Unfortunately, my second order was also cancelled which made it clear that there was an issue with the stock.

In an attempt to resolve the issue, I ordered a Matt Ryan jersey worth $294.99, hoping that this time everything would go through. I was relieved when my package arrived at a much faster rate than expected. But when I opened it, I found an XL soccer shirt which was obviously not what I had ordered. I received an email from the company stating that they would refund 85% of my purchase if I returned the jersey. The problem was that I never even received the product that I had paid for!

I returned the soccer jersey with the hope of receiving the Matt Ryan jersey that I had been waiting for, but to my disappointment, it was out of stock. They had sent it to someone else in error. So my only option was to refund my order, which I did. After calling their customer service, I was supposed to receive a callback from a supervisor within 24 hours, but it has been five days and no one has got back to me. They still have not refunded my store credit, and the promo code period has passed.

It's frustrating to have to go through so many hoops just to get a product that I had ordered weeks ago. Because I needed a jersey for an approaching birthday celebration, I ended up reordering a different size and paying for it with my credit card since the store credit had not been refunded yet. However, my new order has not shipped, and I have still not received my store credit refund. I just hope that when I finally do get the jersey, it will fit me perfectly.

Despite my unpleasant experience, I recently talked to a helpful NFL shop associate who worked hard to resolve the issue and find a solution. I must admit that I appreciate this effort and I will give them another chance, hoping that the two orders I made will come with no further issues. The fact that they finally made me feel like they value my business gives me hope that I won't have to deal with similar problems in the future.

NFL Shop Disappointing Experience with NFL Shop Customer Service & Policies - A Cautionary Tale of Inefficiencies and Frustrations

I recently had an experience with NFL Shop and unfortunately, I must say it was one of the worst customer experiences I have had in a while. I was excited to use my 20% off coupon that came with Madden 18, however, when I went to use the discount on the website, the coupon would only apply to a Nike shirt with limited quantities(though this was the one thing it explicitly stated was excluded).

Upon calling the customer service department to inquire about the issue, I was informed that the jersey I ordered was not included in the promotion because it was made by someone else, despite being an official NFL product. However, after expressing my displeasure, the representative eventually honored the promotion.

Unfortunately, my experience did not end there. Shortly after receiving an email confirming my purchase, I realized that the order was incorrect and that the wrong hoodie had been included in the order. I called the customer service department once again to rectify the issue, but was informed that they couldn't make any changes to the order and that I needed to make a new transaction. After another call and some convincing, I was ultimately able to receive the correct order, but I was surprised that it took so much effort to simply receive what I had originally paid for.

Further adding to my frustration, the order was delayed due to Hurricane Irma, however, not a single representative had informed me of this, despite several interactions before and after the purchase. I was eventually able to request expedited shipping, but it took a few days to even determine the shipping status.

Finally, my items were delivered to my local FedEx location, but to my surprise, I was unable to pick them up due to the NFL Shop placing a hold on my property. This was an unprecedented situation for me as a customer, and I could not believe that I was forced to wait even longer to receive items that I had already paid for.

Overall, my experience with NFL Shop was incredibly disappointing. I would caution others against using this website and instead recommend finding comparable items from other online retailers or local stores. While the NFL Shop may have official products, their service and policies are overpriced and extremely lacking.

NFL Shop My Disappointing Experience with NFL Shop and Fanatics: A Warning to Shoppers

My experience with NFL Shop (nflshop.com) was a true disappointment. After a bad experience with a previous company named Fanatics, my husband and I decided to switch to NFL Shop. We ordered hoodies for him and his father, and paid extra for shipping to ensure that the package would arrive on time. However, we were let down once again.

The package tracking indicated that the delivery would be made today, but sadly, it did not arrive. After making a call to Laser Ship, our frustration grew as we realized that Fanatics would once again be involved in this transaction. Not only did they fail to inform us that Laser Ship was going to make the delivery, but we also found out that NFL Shop is indeed part of the Fanatics company (a fact that was hiddlen under their logo).

This was a massive blow. Dealing with both Fanatics and Laser Ship was a disaster, and I have lost any interest in making any online orders this year. I cannot emphasize enough how much stress this whole situation has caused us. It is crucial to read all the little details and do your research on companies associated with Fanatics before placing an order. Don't pay for extra shipping since it is doubtful it will speed up the process. Also, don't count on your order arriving on time for important events like birthdays, Christmas or Father's Day.

I never thought that I would be one to say this, but it is better to buy in person or find a trustworthy company that is not affiliated with Fanatics. I hope that other people can share their experiences and make enough noise about their frustration with the Fanatics company until NFL Shop decides to breakaway from the brand. In conclusion, I will not be ordering from NFL Shop again, and I am disheartened that my father-in-law's Christmas present may not arrive in time. As for my kids' birthdays, we will have to do without this year. Thanks, Fanatics, for another unforgettable holiday season full of extra stress.

NFL Shop My disappointing experience with nfl shop: damaged jersey and poor customer service

Hello everyone,

I recently had a less-than-stellar experience with NFL Shop (nflshop.com) and I wanted to share it with you all. I placed an order (Order # 20-***194138) for a white Leonard Fournette Jacksonville Jaguars jersey, which arrived with multiple markings and blemishes. As a fan of the older jersey style, I was disappointed to receive a damaged version of what I had hoped for.

I attempted to reach out to customer service by email, but received an auto response that my message had not been received. When I finally spoke to a representative over the phone, I was met with unhelpful and unsatisfying resolutions – they only wanted to offer a refund and would not cover the shipping cost or send a replacement jersey without additional hassle on my part. I was frustrated and felt like my concerns were not being taken seriously.

For comparison, I regularly order sneakers from a company called GOAT, which always includes a letter verifying that the items have been checked for quality before shipping. This kind of accountability made me realize that NFL Shop needs better policies in place to avoid mistakes like the one that led to my damaged jersey.

As a customer of a well-known and established brand like NFL, I expected better treatment and a more efficient resolution process for my issue. I had to resort to posting on Site Jabber last year for another problem with NFL Shop, and I don't want to have to do that again. I am dismayed and frustrated by the fact that it seems like I have to struggle to get what I paid for – a simple, undamaged jersey.

I hope that by sharing my experience, other potential NFL Shop customers can be aware of the possible pitfalls of shopping with them. While I've been a fan of the league for years, I won't be buying merchandise from their official store again until they can prove that they value their customers' time and satisfaction.

I've been ordering from this site for years.

Never had issues. My recent order of a Chiefs Superbowl hoodie turned out to be a nightmare. After 4 washes it's still a mess. The photos below are after 3 washes and one dry. By the time I'm done, it's going to be worn out looking before I can wear it.

Good luck in receiving your orders yet let alone calling NFL Shop, you'll get AI computer and can not get to someone to process your order. There's 855 number but phone call is based in the Philippines customer service to handle customer orders.
