my contact number is [protected].
BDO texted me about my credit card being delivered and also they provided me with a tracking number of [protected], the item should be delivered to me last October 15, 2018. I just checked your tracking website, only to find out that it was arrived at SCS Returns? How? No one texted me from lbc about the delivery last Oct. 15! and then you just decided to return it to your headquarters instead? What kind of service is this? Don't tell me that you cannot locate my address? please do something about this! I need my credit card asap! Contact me through my number! Please give me a call or just a message.

My address is: 141 kasunduan extn. brgy. commonwealth Q.C

    same thing with me.. nakailang redelivery na ang bdo and yet tong LBC ang tatamad lagi sinasabi unknown person wala namang nadating!!!

    @gemmy02 Same thing happened to me po... july 27 oit for delivery then address cannot be located daw.. I talked to lbc sabi ko why not wala man lang tumawag.. sabi ni kapag credit card deliveries hindi dw binibigay ni bank ang contact information address only. then today aug 10 last update sa lbc ay nasa scs return central daw.. ibabalik nila sa bdo.. then once mareceived dw ni bdo ippredeliver daw ulit ni bdo yun.. usually dahil pandemic it will take 20 to 25 days daw.. yan last update sakin ni bdo. and weird lang kasi 3rd credit card ko na at same address.. I received the last 2 cards but eto cannot be located tzk...

    same scenario, ano gagawin nila pag nasa scs na yung cc? npaka iresponsible nila lbc, tamad sila, dapat mga delivery man nila well oriented, bakit yun lahat online seller jan, napupuntahan un house add. mo, cla lng cannot locate, nakaka talaga... lbc gawan nyo naman ng action yan mga yan...

    Lbc, cannot locate daw my address, pero may contact no. Ako d cla nag inform, tas tumawag Ko hotline bdo, nag sabi ako ng name na kukuha, at landmark nh house, d cla nag iinform napakatamad ng mga nagdedeliver ng lbc, d cla marunong magdeliver, not oriented, dpt inform din nila un tao, kung di pa check tracking no. D malalaman n nagdeliver n pla., gawan nyo ng paraan lbc npakatamad ng mga tao nyo jan sa espana branch, pano un binalik s

    Yung mastercard bdo ko.. Hnd pala malocate unb adress may contact number naman kami bat hindip nagtxt man lang yung magdedeliver.. Ngayon binalik na sa scs.. Panu ko pa makukuha yung creditcard ko na bdo.. Salamat po sa sasagot address ko po f2 libra st. Gremville subd. Bagbaguin caloocan city

    Same thing. Seems like LBC doesn't care kahit umulan ng reklamo about this. It happened to me prior this and regular items lang. Cannot locate address daw pero pag lalamove or jrs napakabilis ng delivery and they will text or call you pa. Ngayonbdo texted me and LBC pa din courrier nila despite the complaints. 2weeks na wala pa din. Pag tumawag ka sa customer service IVR langpaulit ulit walang sumasagot. I never used LBC to send out any shipments andnever will. No choice lang dahil sa inyo pa din pinadala ng BDO ang mga credit card

    ano bang pweding gawin dito?
    LBC last year pa to, hanggang ngayon d ko pa din makuha.paulit-ulet n ako ng follow up s BDO. imposibleng d nyo mahanap yung adress e s 3rd flr lang yung outlet nyo. palpak talaga tong LBC. worst delivery lazada, shoppe natutun naman yung adress.

    May i know kung san po magffollow up.. ganyan din yung nangyari sa package ko from bdo .. wala rin fault daw sa address though wala nmn delivery man na dumating

    Same scenario, nagtex sakin ang BDO jan.29 pero until now wala pa rin in return na di rin malocate yung address ko how come kung shoppee and lazada na track nila yung address ko hays!! Pano ba makukuha yun?

    Buti nga inyo return lang, ung ang akin, nakalagay sa tracking status is nareceive ko na daw.. eh wala nmn ako natatanggap kahit contact from lbc wala..
    Palpak tlga..

    Same scenario but I got the number ng in charge sa warehouse ng LBC and told me na email nalang nya to redeliver. I requested for pick up nalang para kung tamad ang driver ako nalang pupunta. Lol. Will update you guys if makuha ko within this week.

    How come yung lazada, shopee, JRS, fastrack nakakarating naman sa same address indicated?
    Pati yung orders ko online thru LBC ang shipping nahahanap ang bahay namin.

    I called BDO - tama naman yung nakalagay na address.

    Bwisit din talaga tong lbc e ang tatanga mag deliver.. Tapos pag tatawag ka naman sa customer care mga tanga din ang lalayo ng sagot at hindi ka din mtutulungan.. Peste kayo courier service kayo pero palpak delivery nyo daig pa kayo ng lazada. Credit card yang idedeliver e puro kapalpakan bka fnafraud nyo yan kaya ang daming kapalpakan. Leche tong lbc dpat pasara na to ni duterte e.

    Same thing happened to me. Now nasa SCS Returns na siya and I cant do anything sa BPI CC na except request for redeliver. Never bawalan ng tao sa lobby namin since office siya and wala akong nareceive na text or tawag with regards to my CC.

    Same!! As of now naghihintay ako ng bdo cc ko pangalawang bagbalik na ng cc ko 1 week ng una after 2 attempts binalik sa bdo then request ako ng redelivery so nakarecieve akong tracking number kahapon tpos di ko na naman natanggap.. closed daw ala tatanggap di nawawalan ng tao sa lobby namin nagiwan na nga rin akong authorization letter. di ko alam kung ano may problema bdo ba o lbc hayop na yan multiple follow ups nako katatawag sa bdo napakahigpit nila sa cc simpleng pagbigay lang ng contact number ko bawal!! Ayusin nyo yan! Nakakaperwisyo kayo!!

    Mine is a BPI Credit Card. Natunton ako ng Lazada, Shopee, JRS, pati food deliveries pero ewan sa lahat ng ewan bakit unknown ako sa LBC. So disappointing at inconvenient.

    Tanong ko lang po, nakuha na ba ninyo ang CCs na di nahatid ng LBC sa inyo?

    Just Happened yesterday.
    nakakainis kasi walang advise as in ni isa walang tumawag oh nag text man lang, sa totoo lang ok lang sana if ako pati yung kasamahan ko sa work same senario parehong ni return sa SCS ang card namin, tapos tinawagan namin LBC sabi sa bank nalang tumawag after calling the bank ang sabi naman nila in transit pa sa system nila. walang consistency ang LBC nakakatamad at nakakainis ang ganitong gawain nila, dagdag pa dito yung mga parcel na pinadala almost 5 days na nakarating sa warehousing nila di madeliver dahil sorting pa daw?? hay nako ayusin nyo service nyo may pa commercial commercial pa kayo waley naman serbisyo nyo... mapapamura ka nalang, at yung di makita ang address or location - pagkalaki laki ng # namin sa gate di nyo pa makita nakaka tanga talaga...

    Nakakainis na rider Ng LBC Ni hindi manlang aq kinontact bago ideliver credit card q... Oo nag move in aq Ng address Kung tumawag Sana kayo d Sana SA kabilang bahay q pinaiwan... Bwisit tas now nasa SCS return!!!

    Mine is same they tagged it out of delivery although nasa bahay lang naman kami the whole day. 2 times attemot na RTS pa rin out of delivery. I called them and send them email LBC customer service no ine answered. I need my credir card from BDO.

    Same scenario with mine. The bank texted me on Oct 16, 2015 that my credit card is ready for delivery and the i checked the transaction status "arrived at SCS Returns" what does that mean? paano makukuha yung parcel?
