Ryabe Two blouses

I was a fool and ordered two blouses from I should have known better. Ryabe claims that their products are made in the state of Georgia, USA. That is a lie and I knew it was a lie as soon as I started receiving emails regarding my order. I got 86$ stolen from me by Ryabe.

The sizing chart is not at all what it says it is. Even if you measure yourself it is wrong. They sent me two blouses that were so small they could fit a child and they will not let me return them or give my money back.

On the only positive note is the blouses are beautiful and seem to be well made. They are super small.

I will try to sell mine for as much money as I can get, but I do believe that Ryabe should be shut down. They are a scam. They are likely a China based company, stealing personal information and your money. Don't buy.

Desired outcome: I got scammed. I want my money back.

I agree that their stated return policy needs challenging. I ordered several items. For the most part, the size charts have been spot on. But one blouse was super smaller than size chart. Another one was super short. Upon immediately trying everything on and submitting for a return I was offered $25 to keep. I declined explaining that I simply wanted to return for a full refund as stated on their 30-day money back guarantee website return policy.

I explained that I paid $86 and I wished to return. Then I was offered $40 to keep. While I wasn’t happy with their offer, I had too many other pressing issues going on and accepted.

In the meantime, I have another order being processed. If something doesn’t work and there’s no one to gift the items to, I will press that they honor their return policy. It would be interesting to see what the return address is.

Ryabe Company will not provide address for return and is only offering partial refund

I ordered a dress on April 2nd from and it did not arrive until April 28th. I tried the dress on and realized it didn’t fit so on ay 4th, I requested via email to [protected] for them to send me return instructions as I could not find that in the packaging nor online. They have been offering me money to keep the dress. First, on May 6th they offered $11. Then when I replied and explained that I didn’t want to keep the dress because it doesn’t fit, the offered $25 for me to keep, and when I replied that I wanted to return again on May 6th, they emailed back on May 10th that they can only offer $21.00! Not acceptable as they now tell me they only accept returns for quality issues, not fit problems!

Desired outcome: I want a full refund and for them to take the dress back! I paid $47.99 for the dress and $14.99 for shipping.

$152 order order on Sept.18th, 2023. Took 3 weeks to arrive, 1 item refunded they didn't have. Poor quality, not as pictured or described. Have been trying to refund. Was offered $30 to keep and I said no. Have sent 10 emails with no response.

Ryabe Clothing

Placed online order on 4/8/23. Reached out to Ryabe on 4/14 asking to cancel order as it had not been received. Was told order shipped via USPS. The tracking number was not legit. Asked for order to be cancelled, again. They refused. Product shipped weeks later. I do not want this product. It was not Made In USA as they stated. The refuse to issue an RMA or provide a ship to address to return the product.

Desired outcome: Money back and return product.

Ryabe Clothing - false advertisement

10/29/2022 - I ordered 3 items from through an ad on Facebook for a total of $121.97. Their FB ad stated the clothing was made in South Carolina. I asked for expedited shipping b/c I was travelling for work, and wanted to wear these items on my trip.

10/30/2022 - their response was "3-12 business days normally. Transit of package 7-15 business days"

11/1/2022 - I asked where they ship from, and they responded "We have 2 warehouses in US, one is in Elizabethport NH the other is in Greenwood IN". I asked them to confirm if this is where the clothing is shipped from, and they responded "YES".

11/2/2022 - I received an email from [protected] that my order has been shipped, via USPS.

11/8/2022 - the package had still not been picked up yet, and they said the package "is still in transit, it will take 12-16 days (from shipping) to arrive, please be patient".

11/9/2022 - the package was still not in transit, according to the tracking number. Their response: "Hello, please don't worry, your package is in transit. It may take a few days for the USPS to be updated. The USPS website also has a statement about the delay. Please understand. The virus did cause trouble for our sellers. All we can do is pay attention to your logistics updates. We feel so sorry."

11/12/2022 - I received the items, each of them in packaging that states "Made in China", and the package came from an individual in California. I informed them that I wanted to return the items, as they are not as advertised, to which they replied "We can give you $18 for compensation. Can you keep these products? Thanks for your understanding."

11/14/2022 - I told them I wanted a full refund, & they responded: "The best we can compensate is $50, can you kindly keep the item(s)?our receiving warehouse is in Dubai. The shipping costs are too high to be worth the reward. If you insist on returning, you must pay the freight by yourself."

11/14/2022 - I again told them no and that I wanted a full refund, and they responded: "The best we can compensate is $61, You can keep the item(s) for your own use. Our receiving warehouse is in Dubai.

This company is a complete fraud. After stating on their FB page that the clothes are not made in US, they blocked me on their page.

Desired outcome: I want a full refund and to NOT pay for return shipping

They now advertise as “Crigne” on Facebook. My Mom order, on my PayPal account thankfully, tithe tune of $331. She like the idea it was made and shipped from the USA.

All are marked “Made in China”. The sizes are way too small, and comparing the real item against the website, my only conclusion was it was heavily digitally edited.

The return address is in UAE.

They kept asking if I would keep them at a discounted rate. I counteroffered $300. If they say no, I’ll give it to PayPal.

I’ve also reported the new site to Facebook, explaining the fraud in their advertisements,

The shirt that I received looks nothing like the picture advertised on their websites. If I didn't think it would be a headache to return, I would. This is trash! False advertising at it's best! Don't waste your money as the clothes are already overpriced. sadly, to not get what you order.

First of all, they are VERY poor quality. The sizing is BIZARRE. The measurements don't match the website sizing chart and the neck on one of the sweaters is SO tight, it would choke someone to try to wear it for any length of time. Two sweaters for $100! Made in China and it feels like some sort of petroleum product. Biggest waste of money EVER!
