WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! And that is saying a lot! I messaged a simple question on here Sunday morn (should get answered on Monday.). It gets viewed, but no ANSWER what so ever. I posted that I hope I get a response. Viewed but STILL not answered. I see no other live chat feature except text message on the website. So, I send a text with my question, only to get a response that had NOTHING to do with my question. So I resend my question. Finally get an answer but it was so vague and no help at all. (It answers what I see on their website but doesn't answer the specificness of my question.Trojan, you need to work on your customer service skills!

    Finally got them to answer my question..took so many text messages just to get it.
