Sub: regarding fraud played upon by one m/s jay enterprises, limited, 3-7-6, noge, setagaya –ku, tokyo 158-0092, japan (Hereinafter referred to as aforesaid company)
Respected sir,
We are m/s tan prints india (P) limited’, having registered office at at 44km mile stone, national highway-10, main rohtak road, village rohad, distt. Jhajjar, haryana, india, thereby apprising you of the fraud played upon by the aforesaid company based out of your good country, so that such people could be brought to task and restrained from tarnishing the image of business community in your great country.
It is an admitted position that japan is well-known across the globe for its cutting edge technology and high moral values and professional ethics, due to which its business community is highly respected and relied upon by business houses all over the world.
Please note, in august 2015, aforesaid company registered in japan offered us a used offset printer machine, which was at said time installed in japan.
After negotiations with the aforesaid company’s representative, the deal was finalized and the order was placed with condition that the machine was to be dismantled in presence of our client, and also, to ensure no damages product is supplied.
We relied upon the aforesaid image of the business community in japan, and also opened a letter of credit, however the aforesaid company misused our trust and not only dismantled the machine in our absence but also concealed the defect in the machine and dispatched it, before we could have done anything.
We were deeply shocked on such conduct of a company based out of japan, however with no option installed the machine, only to discover a huge defect in the machine, cleverly concealed by the aforesaid company.
We has requested the said company to rectify the defect or take back the product, however the aforesaid company has ignored the same.
It appears that the aforesaid company is not only taking advantage of being in different country but also misusing the image of business community of japan and cannot be permitted to do the same.
We requested japanese embassy in new delhi, india to intervene but they also did not take interest in this matter
It is with this view that we are requesting your good self to interfere in the matter, so that the matter n may be resolved. It is in interest of business for both the countries, if such frauds can be identified and prevented and if committed could at least be resolved without the unnecessary litigation, thereby tarnishing the image of the business community for wrongdoing of one.
We hope that you shall personally intervene in the matter, so that the dispute could be resolved with no further dispute or litigation.
