Frankfinn Institute Of Air Hostess Training

I have done my 6 months course from frankfinn institute of south extension now they’re not providing me certificate after 3 months. When i told them already i was bot well i have my medical proofs still they’re not considering it and telling me again and to come to centre or attend the class that held only on Saturday. As I’m out of station i can’t come to centre just to attend Saturday class. Kindly resolve query and provide me completion certificate because it’s already been 3 months since I’m passed out from the centre.

Hi. I had taken an admission in Frankfinn Institute on 6th of November 2023 and provided them with a post dated cheque on 10th November 2023 for air hostess training. I had paid them admission and registration fees of 15000 rupees. They provided me with misinformation that my height is suited for the training but then I got to know that my height is shorter than required. I contacted them immediately on 16th of November 2023 and asked for refund as I did not start with any classes but then they said there is no refund policy. They had not provided me with any document that mentioned about no refund policy. When I asked them on 16th November they said they are really sorry of not sending the payment receipt but they were adamant on not providing me my money back. Kindly help me out with the refund.

Aur jb unse bolo toh koi na koi bahana mar deti h... Iss chij k complaint mene rahul kamboj sir ko bhi ki thi lekin unke waha sab khas h iskiye kuvh nhi hua...

Bachu Srujana here I recently took admission at frankfinn institute of airhostess with an app.no.[protected] and paid 15000 as admission fee the staff didn't provide the proper information that they won't refund it and now after paying and without even attending a sigle class I have canceled my admission because of my financial issues and no family support they are now telling that the amount once paid is not refundable .kindly requesting to refund my money as soon as possible.

I am Snigdha. six moths ago on 18/07/2022 I got a call from frankfinn institute. They said to attend a free seminar. After that they told me you have only 30 minutes to take decision for admission because it's the last date. I paid ₹33000 for admission. Then I found that my height is low even can't fulfill the minimum requirement in the industry, also I have other problems which are completely against this carrier. Even I didn't attend a single class. So I decided to cancel the admission. I got some mails from them in which it is clearly written that if a student cancels her admission within 7 days she will be refunded by frankfinn. After 3 days of my admission I submit the cancellation application to them and they said that they will send it to the head office and it will take maximum one month time for fee refund. It's been six months now, I am continuously asking them about fee refund but they are giving very inappropriate reasons and telling to wait more. I kindly request frankfinn institute to look into my problem and solve it as soon as possible. Attaching the money receipts below. My student reference no is FIVT/BHU/22-23/25. Thank you.

Dear -sir/madam,

This letter severs formal request for refund of admission fee that I submitted to your branch at CA Island during the procedure of registration and admission formalities..

I was selected to parso 11 month month vocational training course frankfin certificate in hospitality and travel and customer service compressing of on 23/06/2022 i paid 5100 rupees.and 28/06/2022 i paid 9900 rupees.. a total amount of Rs.15000 .

was not able to join this course because of my personal reasons. I had visited and submit application twice to the Frankfinn institute at salt lake .ca island but i did not get any updates and she has not tell any refundable/non-refundable policy earlier.

Belonging from a humble background this amount makes a lot of difference to me therefore, I request you to cancel my admission from your prestigious Institute and kindly refund me the admission fee so that I can bear the expenses of my further education.

I attached some documents with a bank receipt of the payment that I had paid.

I hope to hear from you soon about the procedures for cancelling admission and receiving refund.

Sir / mam , i am student of frankfinn student and currently persuing diploma from your institute in gurgaon.

When i come here for admission then they did not check my eligibility and gave me the admission. And now whenever i am going for the interview airlines reject me for my height . So my question is why don’t they check my eligibilty . I took the admission fir cabin crew . Now the faculties are guiding me for ground staff . Why should i go to ground staff ? I came here for steward not for the ground staff or hotels.

Call me asap then i will explain my query to you.

It is about Mr. Abdus and Garima in Frankfinn institute at south extension, where I send my daughter in January 2022 just to bring basic information were in institute, Mr. Abdus told today is last day of fees concession. But I requested will come back after workout at home but they try to convince if pay Rs 1000 will be booked your daughter sat vice versa, so I paid online Rs 1000, and after 2-3 days I ask to refund that rupees as she can't join this course on that time Garima and Abdus send me back by saying will check without senior management then we come back to you and try to refund it. Later they did not call me, and when I have given call Mr. Abdus he did not pick up the phone, and same done by Garima, then I visited again at institute where both talk with misbehave and tell we can't help you. It is complete case of cheating, hence I need my money back

But they're unable to coz of pandamic
I'm no more interested in this useless online lecs
Hence I want my 40% amt back
I've already requested head to refund my 40% but she clearly denied
I won't have any other opt left except filing complaint (CASE OF CHEATING)

The management is a total fraud, engaged in politics themselves.
All false promises - no truth. Constant threat of salary hold & disciplinary actions. Trainers and employees are forced to sell products. Out dated course curriculum, making false promises to employees.
No focus for development, the only focus is exploiting students & employees & minting more & more money. The cheat and loot their own employees. The day is coming soon when Frankfinn will be closed down in pan India locations, so better don't join them or else Just wishing you ALL THE BEST!
6 days working, too much pressure, illiterate HR (who suffer with basic calculations), arrogant HR.
Surprise: If you want to experience the most pathetic employer in the world only then join them.

I got admission in frankfinn institute Branch delhi south x of air hostess training and i paid Rs.17000 as registration and sir they said we provided you job side by side for u to pay your fee they r not give me a job so how can i pay my fee now i'm not able to do this course because of my healtth issue and
then i got into financial problem as a result i forward the refund application on the other hand i did not attend a single class of frankfinn..I told to center head to refund my fees but centre head.told that you will not get any money . what shoud I do kindly suggest me and help me to get back my money

There are many fake commitments i think they usually does with every one. they force us to take admission if you have attended the so called seminar they will not give you time to think by showing various offers by the name of scholar ship and at last they will denie as they did this to me.they are a big liers they do give placement thats a good thing but if in between the course you got the job then they will not take responsibility to complete the course even if the student wants but they will make sure that you have paid whole amount of 1 year course .they will jst say "tmhara nam dal diya h dnt wry ho jayeaga is new batch ke sath " bt then after you will not get the single call .they will not give you all the certificates that they explained at the time of admission sometimes without any reason they will stop your certificate. These are the things that happened with me . i joined frankfinn in [protected] batch in delhi ndse bt till now i have nt got all the certificates and even not completed whole course . and one negative thing is that the faculties of frankfinn institute keeps on chaging .kindly help i want my all the certificates and i want to complete my course swiming, inflight and first aid these are the three things in the course that i have as i got the job in between the course

I have read the complaints of many about Frankfinn institute of Air Hostess training. I was really amazed to see that. Because my experience was very nice with Frankfinn.
I got placed in Kuwait Airlines. In fact I suggest all my friends, who want to be an air hostess to join Frankfinn only.
I more thing I want to say is that selection to any job is not purely depends on the institute, it is somehow depends on our own capability also. Because they people only teach you how to do this and that, but its only us who can do that. So, we should blame Frankfinn for someone's failure.

i finished my course more than a year back. But what about my Certificate ?, when ever i visit the center they use to tell center head changed, i had given lots of requests, when i came to join your employees was so kind, but now when i ask certificate directly opposite . i want to know only one thing will ma certificate will come or not ? . bcz i am really fed up of frankfinn .

Today when I called to center one lady told this month end it will come …

She was talking soo rude…. Initially they promised me I will get job offers all those, I don t believe all those . now I got to know all are fake……

Kindly confirm when I will receive my certificate ..Asap

I am a widow mother of two sons. My elder son applied for airhostess training from Ooty branch but since he joined the regular colledge
I spoke to the In-charge of Ooty branch they guided me to speak to their superiors at Coimbatore.
I personally met Incharge at coimbatore ms Roshani
She guided me to Deposit an application along with all the recipts of
Colledge fees which I paid. She assured me that the amount will br refunded to you within six months
After six months also she kept telling me tht you will get soon May be in 15 days or one month but now more than one year and now she is not ready to attend my calls also
Now she conveyed through her subbordinates thay no refund will be given so nothing can be done
May I request you to guide me what should I do she is not ready to give me the contact numbers of her superiors I doubt that moneyof my son must be releasd by the company but she is holding it for self
I being single parent is facing financial problem as its an amout of
almost 25, 000/-
