Would never use again or recommend

Purchased tickets for Madrid game for Sunday 31/3 on Monday 25/3 was told they would guaranteed be with me in 1/2 days, advised was flying from UK to Madrid but was guaranteed tickets, constantly chasing from arriving in Madrid on Friday 29/3 and still getting told on email guarantee by that evening, tried the chat no replies, tried calling the 2 contact numbers and both numbers didn’t exist, red flag now as bought tickets and was getting the further updates other than what seemed like a auto generated reply, on the morning of 31/3 still no tickets and no contact with anyone, the game KOd at 9pm and STILL NO TICKETS had screen shot all messages, calls etc of my attempt to contact them and emailed to say game now started and still no tickets so wanted a full refund, never heard back until Tuesday 2/4 where was told money will be refunded back to seatsnet wallet to use on next purchase, emailed back to say want full refund to card as will not be using them ever again, it’s now 4/4/24 and NOTHING

Only way could speak to someone was to add tickets to basket to pretend going to buy and then they call you to see if they can process your tickets, what a joke take money don’t contact you with updates but think you want to spend with them and within 5 mins they calling you straight away, even when they called explained not wanted new tickets wanted ones they already had my money for, to get told they are being processed that evening (this was without taking any information off me) or we got told someone will call back in 5/10mins which obviously they didn’t

Absolute JOKE of a company, seems like SCAMMERS they were not bothered we had flew to Madrid from UK and had no tickets, even tried to say I still had to pay for tickets as I agreed to their T&Cs, even though they didn’t adhere to their T&Cs where they say you will receive tickets 1 week before event and if seller doesn’t transfer over they will match the tickets so you still get some, none of that happened but they quoted to me I was breaching T&Cs as I wanted a full refund to my card because never received what paid for

I booked 2x Coldplay tickets floor standing (unrestricted view) almost a year ago.

The event took place 3/6/23 the run up to it I sent many emails an left messages on phone 2/6/23 @23:30 (the night prior)I received 2tickets...SEATED!

Just relieved we got the tickets we went along to find the section of the stadium an our seat was the worsed part of the stadium with restrictive view.

To much hassle and worry about recieving the tickets it takes the whole shine off the event. Never will I book with these again.

I was disappointed with Seatsnet for not fulfilling our special request for a wheelchair accessible seating area. I requested for a wheelchair user to be accommodated in the note section during the purchase of the tickets. However, they informed me just a week before the game that we could not be accommodated in the special area I requested. Instead, they gave us normal seats which were not suitable for the wheelchair user.

I was deeply disappointed with this kind of service and would not recommend Seatsnet to others. They failed to deliver what they promised and were not very responsive to my requests. This made the whole experience stressful and frustrating. It is important to keep in mind that special requests should be taken seriously, especially if it concerns accessibility.

Perhaps Seatsnet has a better way of responding to these kinds of situations in the future, but in my experience, I would not recommend them at all.

I gotta say, I've used Seatsnet twice now and they've always come through clutch for me. Most recently, I snagged tix to the Liverpool vs. Leeds match in February of 2022. And let me tell you, Maria from customer service was a godsend. She walked me through the entire purchase process so professionally. It was a bit of a headache at first, but she had me downloading my tickets in no time. Thanks so much, Maria! I see you grindin' out here.

Overall, seatsnet.com keeps impressing me. I'm definitely gonna be coming back to them for my future ticket needs. Youngbloods need more people like Maria in their customer service grind. Keep up the good work, guys!

I had high hopes for Seatsnet when I decided to book tickets for the Man Utd v Brighton game. I shelled out ?1400 for 6 international suite tickets, expecting a seamless experience. Unfortunately, my hopes were dashed when I discovered that my tickets had not been uploaded on the day of the match.

I frantically called Seatsnet, trying to get in touch with someone who could help. However, no one seemed to be answering the phone. Frustrated and anxious about losing my ?1400, I took to WhatsApp to try and reach their team.

After a few attempts, someone finally messaged me back. They said they were looking into the issue and asked me to be patient. But as the day went on with no updates or progress, I started to feel ignored and neglected.

To make matters worse, the lack of communication from Seatsnet resulted in us missing the match altogether. The disappointment and frustration of not being able to attend, despite paying a significant amount of money, left a sour taste in my mouth.

Despite my negative experience, I do believe that Seatsnet could be a great platform for booking tickets. However, they need to improve their customer service and communication practices to avoid situations like mine in the future.

I was really excited to see Manchester United play against Newcastle on September 11th, so I decided to buy four tickets from Seatsnet. I purchased them eight days ago and was really happy to be finally able to get my hands on them. However, today I received an email from Seatsnet saying that my tickets have been cancelled! I was very disappointed and frustrated as I had already made plans to go see the game with my friends.

To make matters worse, I found out that my tickets were now back on their website and being sold at triple the price that I paid for them! This is clearly a scamming and low-life move by the website. It is obvious that my tickets were cancelled so that they could be sold for a higher price, especially now since Ronaldo has signed for Manchester United, the prices will only soar higher.

I strongly suggest to all of you good people out there, to never, never never buy anything from this website! They are only out for your money and do not care about the customers at all. I am now in the process of reporting this site to the trading standards and also to Manchester United football club. Please be warned, and stay away from this fraudulent website.

So, my son got us tickets to see Chelsea play Villa, but man oh man, what a disappointment. We got there early, 45 minutes before the match started and when we got to our seats only one was available. It turns out, two other people complained that they already had claimed those seats. This is unacceptable! I tried to call them but no one answered and when I sent emails, no response came back. That's just bad business practice if you ask me. It's not right that some other folks might be sitting in the seats that I paid for. I mean, who knows how many times these seats have been sold to other people? And the worst part is that everything looked great until we got to the turnstile. They even sent us an email with a barcode, but it was all bogus. A total waste of money if you ask me. This so-called company is a joke and I won't be using them again.

And the cherry on top: I had to report the whole thing to the CFC fraud ticket department, which will take immediate action. Honestly, I feel like it's not worth the money or the hassle to deal with Seatsnet. Save yourself the grief and find a better ticket vendor.

I recently made a purchase on Seatsnet for four tickets to the England v Croatia game back in February. I was excited to attend the event with my friends, but unfortunately, it didn't work out as planned. The tickets never arrived, and I kept contacting their customer service, who repeatedly assured me that the tickets would come soon.

However, on Thursday 10th June, just three days before the game, I received an email stating that due to the COVID-19 situation, UEFA has lower the tickets capacity to the Stadiums and done randomly ballot between all the tickets holders. The Seller/Supplier of your tickets informed us that the tickets been canceled by UEFA, therefore your order has been canceled too (based on COVID-19 Terms and Conditions). This news was baffling as I was looking forward to the game.

As per their terms and conditions, I was informed that they had enabled credit for the same amount paid for my order to my Seatsnet account, which I could use to purchase tickets for future events. However, the credit was not present in my account, and their terms and conditions stated that if the seller doesn't have tickets, I should receive a refund. I found it challenging to justify keeping the money based on these boguss Covid-19 terms.

To my surprise, Seatsnet was still selling tickets for the game on their website on Friday 12th June, the day after they canceled my order. I was furious as they had not even solved my issue, and here they were selling tickets for the same game.

I attempted to call and email the company multiple times; however, they told me that their accounting department has no phone number, and I could only communicate with them through email. My patience was wearing thin, and I was not prepared to lose my money without a fight. It's not just the money. It's the fraudulent nature of the whole situation that is making me mad.

I have decided to seek legal advice, but I would like to advise others not to do business with this company. I was aware that I paid up to 5 x the face value of the tickets, including the extortionate handling fees, but I expected Seatsnet to be reliable. The pandemic has made things challenging, but what has made me lose my trust in the company is their underhand nature.

Me no happy. Me buy tickets on Seatsnet for Euros 2020 final on 11th July and pay with credit card. Receipt say me get tickets by 9th July 8pm. But me no get tickets yet and game tomorrow. Me try to talk in chat box but no work. Me wait on phone for over 30 mins and still hold after 40 mins. Me now very anxious because no way to chase them.

Update: Me send email and they reply saying to be patient and tickets will come today or tomorrow before game. Me change me plan to leave for London tomorrow instead. Why they have to make delivery last minute when me pay for tickets on 3rd July? Me don't know. Me hope tickets come before tomorrow or me very unhappy. Me update later.

Update 2: Seatsnet call me and say tickets come tonight or tomorrow morning the latest. Me hope so.

Update 3: Me outside stadium now. One hour till game start. But no tickets. Me very angry. This is not good.

Update 4: Me now watch game in pub. Me not recommend Seatsnet. Me talk to Barclaycard. This company bad. May complain to watchdog next.

Update 5: Now me get email after game over saying tickets cancelled because of problem with seller. Seatsnet say give me credit for future events. Me no want this. Me talk to Barclaycard fraud team.

Update 6: Me get email saying me get refund in 10 business days. Me not sure. Me also tell BBC watchdog via website. Me hope they help people avoid this bad company.

forced to wait until 3 hrs before the start of the event before ticket arrived in my account….but it wasn’t the ticket I paid for. Rather than a standing ticket, I was sent a restricted side view ticket, the cheapest at the venue. Too late to make alternative arrangements I used the ticket. Contacted the company to request a partial refund as per the T’s and C’s for situations where a ticket is supplied is, due to unforeseen issues, below the value of the original order. No refund received because the company uses its own special ‘mapping service’ which, (surprise, surprise) placed my premium standing ticket in the same category as the received restricted view ticket, contrary to the promoter / venue seat categories. Never again.

On 16/11/2023 I bought from www.seatsnet.com the ticket with Order #111433 for the ALBA BERLIN VS OLYMPIACOS PIRAEUS - EUROLEAGUE BASKETBALL 2023-24 SECTION: 104 FRIDAY, DECEMBER 29, 2023 20:00. Since I never get the tickets I bought the ticket from an other official and more trusted site and I resold the ticket through the www.seatsnet.com platform and I received 80€ into my seatsnet wallet but there is no way to transfer this amount to my bank account. I have tried several times to communicate with the seatsnet customer care but no response at all.

So, I wanted to get refunded for my ticket from Seatsnet because the game isn't happening when I was supposed to go. The thing is, they said they're going to play the game in June with fans in the stadium. What!? That's not what I signed up for. And when I contacted them the operator was so rude to me.
