Support says its because of some "government restrictions" but do not want to specify. I have a law degree and ability to find any legal information in any country, and appears they lied about it. Looks like Playerauctions just do not like Ukrainians in general, this is the only explanation everyone can conclude. Too bad, because this is not acceptable for any big company to threat any nation like that. because there is no regulations or laws in the country of PA registration (USA) that obliges PA to limit Ukraine. At the same time you allow users from russia to buy and sell at PA, so you support war criminals, terrorists, rapists and murderers indirectly by allow them to receive money from taxes of russian PA sellers. And at the same time you ignoring sanctions against russia. I am gathering more evidences now and already in contact of other Ukrainians, who want to resolve this as quickly as possible, so we decided to open a public group lawsuit in USA and already found a lawyer in our name, who already in process of investigation of all legislation violations made by Playerauctions

Account suspended randomly
Im a seller for 1.5 years and increased my sales in the past months. 2 days ago, 22.11.2023 morning i was listing my products and my account is suddenly suspended. I double checked your policies before and when i read it here again, there has been no mistake done by my side. Only explanation i had is that i tried custome order special request accounts for the first time that morning and your system/staff may be dont allow this type of product for the sellers.
I have been talking to staff which takes a lot of time for them to reply my messages even when i provide the necessary information to them. My ticket number is 1526617 and i had regular customer who buy from me in a given period, therefore this suspention not only damages my mental also damaged my store reputation.
I hope you understand the misunderstanding here and lift the suspension as soon as possible. I trust in PlayerAuctions team management.

Playerauctions teams scammed me
I got scammed by buyer
I provided credentials to the playerauctions team and they asked me to assist the buyer to do ownership transfer
I helped the buyer and transferred my account ownership.
Later that buyer blocked me, I informed the playerauctions team and I got the reply that we have cancelled the order and refund the money to buyer
Playerauctions team never mailed the reason for cancelling the account and never asked me to revoke ownership before initiating the refund
I have lost my two accounts today( $1100USD) with the same buyer and I am attaching the emails of both account

on 28 August 2023, i purchase an account from their website
and then the first transaction is being cancel by them but money on my bank already deducted.
After that i send email to their customer service, and got a reply saying the money gona be back 1-5 days.
then on 31 August 2023, the money is in my bank account, but after 1 min
its being deducted again by their website(PlayerAuctions).
then i proceed sending email back with attachment proof. but they immedietly reply saying the money already being refund and close the case.

I made store on playerauction everything was going Great after I done 39 Sales with no issues at all even without single one negative feedback my Ratings are 100% Positive Feedback & 0.00% Negative feedback so the problem is a Buyer bought account from me which cost 42.99$ and he asked for Refund saying this ( I am willing to return the account I misread the information )and started Dispute no problem but later on when I was willing to give him Refund I got Surprised that he changed account Data to his own and I no longer have access to the account anymore I got even surprised more when playerauction closed the Dispute without even let me answer to what I have to say after it gave me 80 hour to Reply now Playerauction Refunded him and give him 42.99$ and the account as birthday present he have Both I can't believe it anymore I'm Going Crazy Please look it up and I'm sure of your Right Judgment.

Wrong Decision over a dispute
I had my 2 order at Player auctions that went very well. On 24 July A buyer bought a account of mine. I always tried to help him with everything. Somehow he got angry on anything. Then he claimed a dispute over the site Playerauctions.com. I gave all proofs to them that he has the access to the account. Like he is all over the account. I can't access now and they still gave him a refund. The game name is Efootball 2023 Mobile. Player auctions owe me that account or give me that money. I have lost both the money and the account. I am attaching all proofs right here. Plus they have suspended my player auctions account out of nowhere.
At least give me one of the thing. This is so unfair.

Fraudulent seller
We purchased a MYGA account through PlayerAuctions for $350. Shortly after paying for the account and using it for a few days the account was banned on MTGA. We have requested Playerauctions to be plain their business risk process to verify identity of seller. Playerauctions says they have contacted the seller but provide no evidence. They also provide no surety that the sellers playerauctions account is now been blocked by Playerauctions.
Desired outcome: Playerauctions should explain processes to verify sellers. They should provide evidence on how contact details are verified. Show evidence that seller now blocked. They should refund us and show some accountability.

Complete runaround and nothing but asking the same stupid questions over and over
I sold an account for $1,000 over a month ago. I have been a PA member for over 10 years which means nothing to this company apparently. The original phone number I registered account under I no longer have access to. I emailed them 2 week's ago so I can get the "pin" number that I need in order to change the bank account info where I want my money to be deposited to changed. For over 2 weeks now I get the same stupid questions... "can you send a clearer pic, can you change this to a jpeg format"? I have done EVERYTHING you have asked and sent multiple pics daily and all I need is my NEW phone number added. Total runaround and I have $860 of MY money sitting there and can't get deposited into my bank because they refuse to help me change my phone number. My current ticket number # (1350835)
Desired outcome: Change my damn phone number and stop giving me the runaround so I can get "MY" money put into "MY" bank account.

I would not use Playerauctions. Their business model is flawed. They have no way to vet customers are not fraudsters. We purchased an account for $350 to only have the account illegally hacked shortly after purchased. The account was then permanently banned from the MTGA platform. I would not use this service provider as they are incapable of manage risk effectively.
