Management/Casey Bondurant Northmanagement needs training on reading reports and motivating staff

As a seasoned customer service representative, I could not continue to work for my Casey's under deficient management. There is a lack of communication, training, teamwork, interpretation of reports, mgmt/employee considerations/support and follow up.
I am still waiting for an exit interview from my boss's boss. An indicator of how things got this way.
