John Igboka / kaspersky anti-virus
I ordered for the renewal of my Kaspersky Anti-Virus on 30th November 2018. My order number was [protected]. I paid 4, 983.68 NGN through my master card - 7022. I was sent the following code, through my email [protected]@yahoo.com, which I supposed to be my reactivation code: ZYJKK-1KRBV-DFKKG-W6D9M. When I enter the code, it tells me that the code is being used.
The Anti-Virus is for my laptop, but I used a different laptop to order it. I am sending this complaint from my laptop the one the Anti-Virus is meant for.
What should I do? The Anti-Virus expired since 30th November 2018.
