Gold zym / Customer care and mutual respect
First of all I would like to say gold zym staff do not
Know how to respect their customer and provide
Good customer service . I went to zym with my friends Wasif and sharif . Me and one of
My Friends forget to bring the scan card and they won't able to find out their system with our phone number and last name/ first name and we lost 30 minutes, after all no apolize from gold zym side. Same time we took our another friend for getting new membership but he wants to workout one day to see all the equipments but the guy who is owner ( may be labonise) said we have to give 30 dollars to go inside zym . Which one I never heard from any zym. I requested to gold zym head office Pls check this prb . It was Saturday 30, 2015 around 7:00 pm.
