IM A REGULAR CUSTOMER TO D'mart, every month i use shop at D'mart, recently on 13/02/2010 with bill no. BD0716, i hav purchased house hold goods, after going to home i found Good Knight refill which i was purchased was in broken state, when i went to d'mart on 16 feb to change the product, the sales guy refused to change the product saying it was not there mistake and Using an abusing language.i felt very bad on the situation, being an regular customer they are behaving in such an manner hurted us.i left the product with them only as it no use for kindly look into matter and give me a neccessary action
