cheapcoachbags.com / too many orders
I looked at the website to buy a coach bag. In the middle of ordering other things on line I wasn't sure if I had placed an order since I didn't get an email confirmation that the order went through. So I emailed 2 different email addresses I found and asked if I had placed an order. I gave them my name and address so they could check. I received an email back from both addresses stating that I did not place an order and they had no record of a transaction under my name and address. So I placed an order for 1 coach bag. I now have received 3 coach bags and have been charged under 3 different names. I contacted billingsupportsystem.com 6 times before I received any package and after with my concerns that information they finally emailed me showed 3 transaction and that I only wanted 1 handbag. aaat first, they said I was only charged once for the bag. Now that I have 3 bags and 3 charges on my credit card they tell me I could sent them back but I would have to pay the shipping and the box could get damaged and the contents lost or they may not get there at all. I don't kow what to do.
