I ordered a DVD and Blue Ray combo from my sons dance recital that this company filmed on July 30 2011. When i got the DVD and Blue Ray disk, the filing was horrible!! The firsr error we noticed was that they listed my sons dance title incorrectly, they listed the title as the song title that danced after him.. then we noticed as we were watching the DVD, we notcied that it skipped scences ( and the DVD is not scratched)! We also notcied that Spice Rack would record close ups of all the other kids in the dance and would not stand steady still on the entire group so alot of the kids were cut out of the film. When i called Spice Rack productions to inform of the dissapointment, the male that answered the phone was EXTREMY rude. In his words, "so some mistakes were made, and i do not plan on fixing any of them. The lighting was off, the dancers were off, i hope your getting on the dance studio as much as your getting on me".. i was really shockd that he would point at the dance studio for his quality of the DVD and the mistakes that he made in filmaking. I would hope that anyone interested in productions from this place, would ask to see the quality before they decide to hire them, and expect to have EXTREMYL rude costumer service with no plans to fix anything if this place films your event. The part that sucks, is that we were not allowed to film in the Theatere because Spice Rack was doing the filming, and what we got in the end, was the memories we charish in our head because our son was cut out most of the film, and 40 bucks down the drain.
