SUBMIT A COMPLAINT / The lost order and refused to help me to find it

I purchased two dresses from the company It was bad experience and I wasn’t satisfied with the purchase. I ordered couple of weeks ago from them, but I received only one dress and the remaining stuff was lost somewhere. I called to the customer services and sent them emails, but each time only fake promises. The company turned to be really unfair and irresponsible, because they have no idea where my order was.
