Eurostar — Warranty Service
We bought a washing machine on 14/1/2014 brand Eurostar from a Jubail store with one year warranty period. On 01/12/2014 the machine was stopped due to water discharge problems, in fact it is a manufacturing fault with motor failure. So, we have given for a warranty service on december 04, 2014 to a Eurostar authorized service center in Dammam., they have accepted the machine under warranty and they promised to check the machine throughly to find out the fault. After three days we have called them, they replied the right technician not available. After three visits their reply was the technician. One day I personally went and enquired about the machine repair status, then they have invited one local technician (not belongs to eurostar) he attended the machine and found the fault the motor failure controlling the water intake and discharge. Then they have three days time to rectify the fault, finally they say the machine cannot be repaired or replaced after 23 days. We are still waiting/ contacting them for a settlement... No positive reply from them. To be honest reputed companies must respect warranty commitments. But Eurostar not. Don't trust this type of companies cheating people. They are not good companies and they are not making good products. In their website they dont have the option for suggestions or complaints.
