I have purchased the black bonded leather Coaster 'Samuel' Sofa from a vendor on Amazon. The sofa arrived looking completely different than the chair of the same product line I had purchased earlier. The sofa material (bonded leather) is much darker black, a thicker gauge and a different decorative stitching pattern. The feet on this sofa are black plastic and all of the cushions are removable. The 'Samuel' chair is a lighter shade of black, a thinner gauge of bonded leather, more overstuffed, the cushions are attached and the feet are wood block. The vendor was of no help so I contacted Coaster directly. I was connected to a curt woman who wasn't particularly interested in my issue. I could hear her hastily flipping through a catalog only to give me the product number of the [mismatched] chair I already have. It appears that no one at Coaster has any clue as to what sofa I actually received and it's apparent they really don't give a damn either.
