Vortech Hosting — Services paid for not received

All of our websites that we have been hosting via our account with vortech under mpisqlhosting.com have been down for 5 months plus while being hacked and redirected to Russia, etc. We have made numerous attempts to contact Vortech with no return calls. We ordered them to stop billing us and asked our bank to reverse as many of their charges as we could. They have just charged us again even though we have told them to cancel our accounts with them.
