We placed an order from their website for 3 cell phone cases and some screen protectors. We received only 2 cell phone cases. We sent emails to them via their website to complain and ask for a refund and got no response. So we reported them to our credit card company who promptly issued us a refund. Then surprise, surprise we finally got a refund from them. We never got any answer to the emails we sent. Then the bank called us because their was fraud on our credit card. There was all sorts of charges trying to come through our account. Luckily the bank stopped them all before they got away with anything. This was the only place we had given our credit card information to so we know they were the ones committing the fraud. Buyer Beware!
