Track at Pigeon Forge / Manager cursed family- age 6-77
My family of 12 went to the Track with kids ages 6, 12, 13, 16 and on up to a Grandparent age 77, to enjoy a day of entertainment of go cart riding and bungee jumping. Noone would come to accept ticket money including one rude kid working there who stated he had another break beyond the sign stating he would be back at 2:00... yet he didn't.
As a buinessman I thought I would share my story with the manager - Jeff- and I let him know that we were not pleased and were going down the road to another track. He responded with "Well get your a*s off of my Dam** property after my 19 year old nephew said, "what did we do"? He rudely cursed again when I asked to speak with the owner. He gave me the name Marty Proffit but refused to take a message or give me a number and said he was calling the police. We suggested "please do"! I couldn't believe this happened in front of kids, parents alike. AMAZINGLY SAD!!!
Families with any values, Kids and Parents, BEWARE of visiting this business. It is scary to think that someone like him is allowed to be around children.
We proceeded to another place called Smoky Mountain Speedpark where we spent in excess of $200.00. This was a fun place which we recommend, however...
BEWARE Families and Children of this other group called Pigeon Forge Track.
