Started this resizing process in December 16, early. Was supposedly shipped, Dec 14th, as you already know. ..getting ahold of someone on the phone as a customer service personnel was a bust. So, I tried the chat...was lied too, saying were going to resend it ups..1-4 day shipping. That was 2wweeks ago. I've emailed them several times. The story changes from the guarantee of up to 27 days to the now up to 45days...hmm, wonder what magic number will come after 45days. Next time it will probably be 90 days. Also, I love this urgency to satisfy your paying customers. I mean what's the deal? If you took care of the customers who obviously paid their hard earned money for a product you provide, then why the heck aren't you doing whatever it takes to FIX the problem?
