Global Best Ecommerce Company Limited (Bicpay) / Ecommerce merchant
Back in October I had received an agreement between my company and Global Best Ecommerce Company Limited giving me a processing account for all my online sales.
The company uses Bicpay.com and they do not have a phone number to be reach. The only respond by email and that's if they decide to respond.
After almost 3weeks of processing, they never respected their end of the agreement and payout the sales we made during that period.
They stopped responding pretty much and kept all the money the clients had paid.
They are currently holding over 25k of sales and they are not even refunding these poor clients that paid for their support nor paying us(merchant) to provide the work to these clients.
