u.s airways master cardsupervisor rude

I am writing to complain about the way i was treated today by both supervisors 1) Angelo TPMAAN(he said thais is his i.d.). He was rude and there was no way i could understand him. I than spoke yo Tracey 32749(she said this is her i.d. no.). Both kept me on the phone for a late fee, that was NOT my fault, and would not acknowledge my excellent standing with your company. Is there a way you can either call or E-mail me, so we can discuss it further. I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER SINCE 1994 AND HAVE SPENT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS, BEING LAT MAYBE 2 OR 3 TIMES. I am looking to terminate the relationship with you bank, however i am probably too small of a customer for you, Sincerely Rita Woidislawsky
