Synergy Housewaresdeep fryer

I bought a Wolfgang Puck deep fryer from HSN over a year and a half ago and was very pleased with it. About 6 monthsw ago the control panel stopped working making the fryer unusable. I contacted Synergy Housewares to order a new control panel for my fryer. I was told that it would take 21 days to 4 weeks to get the part in. This was 6 months ago. Every time I call for an update it's the same story... 21 days to 4 weeks. I need help with this isssue.
