I have ordered a bat for my son from www.softball.com over a month ago and my order was not even shipped yet! So I placed my order and after a week I decided to contact customer service and ask about the status of my order. Their rep said that my order was almost ready for shipping. Another week passed and they said that they had no idea what was going on and promised to check on my order. So now one month later my order is still processing and these guys keep telling me that they are not sure why wasn't sent out! Asked them to cancel it and they said that they don't do refunds and asked me to be patient. Are you kidding me?? Never again!
