On 11/4/11 there was 58.00 taken out of my account for family feud games which I did not authorize. Th ere is 168 games on my acconunt for which I did not put my credit card info in for one charge. I am hoping we can get this matter resolved because i am a single mother and thats what i have to live off of for the month. I actually thought things were being dfone with facebook credits. i am begging you to please help. my name is lisa smutek and my number is [protected]. Please help
