Advertised as a "resort" but really a trailer park, these are some of the problems: the water is not safe to drink (too much sodium in the well); often there is no water pressure (especially on weekends) and it is difficult to wash dishes and take showers; the premises are cluttered with the landlord's dead cars, heaps of ruined furniture, etc; garbage is often not picked up so there was an outbreak of rats last spring; parking is very limited and all tenants have to "register" any guests with the landlady (even if they do not drive in, or stay overnight); laundry facilities are limited to a few months in the summer and never on weekends; the lease you sign indicates that you are not covered by the Landlord and Tenant Act but rather the Trespass to Property Act, meaning the landlady does not recognize your rights as a tenant.
