SUBMIT A COMPLAINT / I can't cancel the order

I bought some medicine from the website, but on the next day I understood that I have placed wrong order. I tried to contact the online chat agents, but they didn’t reply. They were offline. I sent them couple of emails, but again, no response. I tried to call them, but the phone was fake. I need to cancel this order, and maybe someone has ideas how to do it. Please, I really need help of advice.
