I am customer of Godrej Greens Undri name Pundage Ranganath Bhujang [protected],

Since last 2-3 days I am trying to contact my RM of project Sandhya Abnave and contacting he on phone [protected] as its saved towards me, today morning I emailed her on sandhya. [protected]@godrejproperties.com but does not get any responce hence I am forced to contact you...

I hv been asked payment receipt of payment done to Godrej Green Collection by GHF, transaction details I hve attached in email and thats why I was trying to reach Godrej Greens Pune.

Tried toll free no, to get me to Godrej greens but could not talk.

I will appreiciate your early responce.

My neighbours living in Flat 34, Godrej Tower A6, Akashneem Garden Enclave, Vikhroli East, Mumbai 400079, are always noisy. They have this tendency to call out to their friends loudly after 10 p.m. in the night on the common lobby, play or sing loudly with all their doors open late at night, etc. We have complained to several authorities but to no avail. There is absolutely no need to be so loud and noisy when calling out to other people. They even hacked my computer and had several files stolen or deleted. They have gone way too far this time and are always opening their doors whenever we get parcels or letters to see where they come from, etc. They always have guests 24 hours a day. I do not care if that is the nature of their job but living in a residential society, they should understand the criminal nature of their behaviours but instead, they are gathering the whole building against me and my aged parents for no fault of mine. I am worried. I have never had such aggressive or lousy neighbours before. Godrej Properties is absolutely useless because they are doing nothing about these lousy people. Even now, they are talking loudly.

I had sent the cancellation of my flat A002 on 3rd August 2015, so I was told by Ms Divya jain that mid October 2015 money refund will be done. But its mid Decemebr now, no response from Godrej now. its really pathetic that no one from Godrej even pics the call and responds to the email. I am really feeling bad that I booked my flat in Godrej properties.

I want to complaint about Godrej Properties Ltd manager. This company should pay more attention to their employees. At first I was so happy that choose this company, but after successful transaction, this company stopped any communication and assistance.
