Why were my screenshots deleted? look how iq option deceives everyone, trades were recalculated to 0

my bets almost all closed in plus, but the next day I logged into my account and saw that the bets that closed in plus with winnings were calculated at zero. the result was reset. and the bets that closed at a loss THEY WERE LEFT UNLOSS-LOSSING. IQ option scam office

But you didn't responded there. Really I fed-up, Now I'm thinking about suicide bcz they broken my and financially they looted me.

Respected team of complaints board please help me to recover my funds, I have made 2 request for withdraw 1 they cancelled(internal error), another one is withheld, I'm there verified client, earlier everything was ok now they revoke my VIP access also chat support is not available to me know, I need my withdrawal immediately. I'm amazed the way they didn't respond at mail service, msg them through mail multiple times, i didn't get any reply from there.

its been 1 month my withdrawal request is in processing, still support says "Its a routine process all you need is to wait".

IQ option is a scam while withdrawing, dont use iqoption, there are many other brokers guys, please use them. dont use iqoption even though you are getting withdrawal, because may be you are the next victim in this trap.

I am going to file a case in consumer court and post everything in twitter how iq option is scamming inncoent people like me

And also no customer care number is working, All are incorrect.

The IQ option should notify me in delay of withdraw if it takes more than 3 days to process.

But in my case this not happened, I only contacted support and giving irritating responses.

this is truly a scam.

I am also going to consumer court to file a case.

After 2 weeks, IQ Option's fraudulent broker's support messaged here and repeated the same words he used to tell me and other victims.

Today this group of thieves emailed me (after 3-4 weeks since my last email) and announced that your account will be closed for violating the rules and you will not be paid. You can only withdraw your money up to the deposited amount.

And because this group of fraudsters don't know how to do this theft, they don't give any details.

I announce to all those who are currently working with IQ Option or are planning to choose a broker in the future, this group is a fraud and will steal your money. If you lose that no. But if you receive a profit after many times of losses, your account will be closed with fake excuses and there will be no payment.

This is a scam company that only profits from the loss of customers and destroys the accounts of those who profit for no reason.

I want this group of thieves and fraudsters to put the list of all my trades here and announce what violations of the law I did?

And I also ask the esteemed Complaints Board website that my post remains here and remains among the unsolved issues so that all traders understand the essence and full nature of this fraudulent group so that they do not fall into the trap of these thieves.

I sent too much proof of the situation and you don't want to resolve my issue. If iQ Option was trusted at least someone from your fraud team knows how to answer but since you are just thinking of scamming people you must look the other way and don't see the details.

I want all Binary traders to know that Iq Option is a scam and if you see some of the complaints checked as resolved that's not the case. They try to prolong the complaint process with unexplained answers so that the traders get tired and stop sending messages, and according to the rules of the website, after 1 week of non-response from the trader's side, the issue becomes resolved.

IQ option didn't give me any answer and even to somehow end this one-week process, they only put 3 dots in the answer to one of my messages so that I didn't answer and this scam became a solved problem.

They are scammers and they don't give any correct answers neither in email nor here.

I also filed a complaint in court and those who have been targeted by this fraudulent company can email me to be added to the list of plaintiffs.

I don't have work to do? every time I must send a message here to the Iq option (Fraud company) support team and on email and you just repeat the same [censored]. you know everything. your company is a scam and won't pay me legit profit without any reason and your [censored] about time and checking and these things just is buying time to get new clients for your scam.

You don't have an answer to any question I asked because you know you are a scam. you want time for how long? 1 month and a half passed and after you said the problem was a technical issue from the company then you changed your words and kept repeating the [censored]s that you learned from your scam company.

how much time does your fraud team need? 1 month?2 month? 4 years?

I said before. when I and other clients lose money everything is fine but when someone gets profit you will hold him in the review phase for an unlimited time. in this way, you won't pay anything and just earn from the client who will lose their assets.

everyone must know about your fraud company (IQ option) and I will try to do that. from Court Justice to Cysec which I already filed against you and your team there.

you are just talking nonsense because you don't have any answers to my questions. you don't have the answer to why your support team through email said the problem was from the company and it was a technical problem and it was fixed. but they declined again and started new reviewing, just to waste time.

each time one of you came here and said we are talking with the responsible department to fix your issue but you just want to buy more time and nobody is responsible in your fraud company.

My problem didn't resolved by IQ Option and they just wasting time to tiring me up. I also sent this complaint on FPA and they didn't answer correctly there too. They didn't give my withdrawal and their support team on email didn't give me answer for about 10 days. They here saying we are trustworthy and safe and you should talk with your support through the email but they won't even bother to answer there too. After changing their words multiple times i caught them and they don't have a answer. I also fill the complaint against them in court and sent the details to Cysec too.

which security reason? you won't answer me there just like here. i asked you too many times on the emails and your support team each time changing their words.

you trying to buy a time and just hanging around the clients that have profit and in this way you won't pay them and you just benefits from clients that will have lost on your broker.

You have answer for me send answer me back by email or answer me here. if you have legit answer not like your support team first saying broker had a technical problem and now you can withdraw and after that again you decline my request and saying we must review again and time is unlimited. when you saying time is unlimited it means that you don't have a answer and just want buy time for this systematic fraud that you created.

Your support person that answer to emails is representative of Broker. When your employee through email said because of technical problem I couldn't withdraw and now I can and after that again same problem appear and further for response changing his words and saying now again we reviewing it shows nobody actually review anything. it's just an show to buy a time for broker and there is a way to tire the customer.

how 2 emails from your company have different answers?

And why reviewing take more than 2 weeks without any legit answer? on last email you said it's no any problem and blocking the withdraw was just technical issue from company but after that story changed again.

My withdrawal request declined

I sent multiple emails to your support and I didn't get any reasonable response. The last response after too much conversation was that you had technical problem and now I can request for my withdrawal but after that again my request was declined and your support again said new message that we are checking and now you can withdrawal your amount of the deposit for now.

Politics of either just lose, or if you make a fair profit, just take your initial deposit and leave, it is the complete definition of a fraudster.

I hope you prove me wrong and if I get my profit from you I will send the result here.

ii/ Money laundering: I deposit with one bank account and withdrawal with the same account. I trade every day and my capital up and down every day. Not put in and out right away

Iii/ I use the platform very simply, following every policy and term of the agreement

iv/ I only use it for trading, no more no less. Use the same bank account for all activities.

Please consider the point above and forward this to the concerned parties.

I deposited on 04-01-2023 amount $1150 USD still not appears in my trading account 6 months completed after the day of deposit i contacted my bank in this 6 months thousands of times there reply always same payment was successfully deducted from my bank account and credited to receiver account bank manager itself confirmed me and they also showed me in there system payment was successful and transferred to receiver account and i also sent you bank statement many times and recently i had also sent you 6 months bank statement in that bank account statement clearly shown payment was debited to your UPI and still you reviewing my account why i can't understand please now wait is i don't have patience now i want my deposit now or return back to my bank please it's hard earned money my life savings i have to pay my children school fees because i am a single parents of my child my husband passed on corona please don't bother me more.
