The strip steaks were sour when thawed I just got these 2 days ago there no reason when they get thawed out they are bad before I even break the seal they have lost all there color they are slimy that's a lot of money for me to lose in meat when I'm the only earner in my house with 4 mouths to feed the chicken tenders are the only thing that I don't have a complaint about the filets are discolored and they haven't even been thawed yet worried to see how those thaw if the strips are this way

Bad product
I purchased the rib deal and the chicken box from the truck load sale in rice lake WI it is by far the worst meat I have ever bought. The rib eye is thing when cook it shriveled up and is tough not including all the grisle and silver skin on them. The chicken is mush when you take it out of the package. Some of them have 2 to 3 small piece put into one package. I am a single mother of two. To spend $239.99 on garbage is disappointing. I will never buy from this company again.
Desired outcome: I would like a full refund of the total of 239.99

I purchased a box of steaks from one of your Truckload events. This was a rip-off for sure. I was told by the salesman that this was "Prime" beef, even close to "Wagyu". Purchased a box with different cuts for 324$! When I got home I read the label and come to find that these steaks are just low-quality steaks injected with beef fat... I should have known. The price-to-quality ratio is insane. Your sales team scammed me and I would like a refund.

20 ribeyes for 39.99
This is the 2nd event I have went to here in lake havasu city arizona. Even went on the first day because I heard there advertisement on the radio for 20 ribeyes for 39.99. How convent though when you get there they are sold out. Really it's the first day what are you going to do for next 3 days? They get to you there under false pretenses then want you to buy these bigger packages for another bigger price. This vompany is a scam and should not b allowed to advertise falsely on the radio. I drove 20 miles to this event to walk away with nothing. I didn't go there for the high price stuff I went to get 20 ribeyes for 39.99 and sadly left empty handed.

This business is advertising that the meat they sell is at a good price. However the meat is fatty, and the price is almost 3 times what you would pay in store.

The transaction happened 02/26/2022. We spent 644 dollars on meat that was supposed to be good. It was frozen and had good coloring. We tried some that first day and immediately made us sick. Thought it might of been random, but after it happened multiple times we tried reaching out to them. Could not get a call back. Only thing we could get was a fb message about calling someone else

June 3 ordered packages of meat from Prime House Direct. Order was shipped *** At 9:08 on 6/20 *** sent an email that package was received damaged and then discarded and that *** would notify shipper. I waited for prime house to contact me which never happened. I made several attempts to contact them and have had no response. $349.98 I think I'm entitled to get a refund.Enclosed are all correspondence emails to and from *** and prime house direct.

I purchased a beef bundle at a truck meat sale in ***, *** on 04/14/2022. My wife later told me that I should have received 2 other boxes for free with that purchase. When I went back to the truck to tell the manager about this, he told me that I should have asked about the deal at the time of purchase. He did not give us the other 2 boxes. Very poor experience and seemed like they were taking advantage of people. Please help us resolve this because the company does will not reply to emails or calls!

Consumer has not received his order. Was to receive delivery in five to seven days.. This is the first time the consumer has ordered from the company. When he calls he cannot obtain a satisfactory answer when he will receive his order. He did receive a text that he would receive his order today. It has not arrived. Consumer never received a confirmation email. The consumer would like his steaks.

When I purchased my Ribeyes, they were nothing like the ones they showed me. They show you a box of nice Ribeyes, but they sell you a box from the freezer, not the box they show you. The box they sell you is taped shut, didn't think much about it, until I got home and opened the box. They were the size of small cube steaks, and once you *** them they get even smaller, they had no taste and there was a lot of *** in them. The second thing is they advertise military discount, but you can only get it if you buy a package deal. I would like my $ *** back...

I ordered what was advertised as prime grade beef steaks on theprimehousedirect.com's website. The steaks arrived and upon first glance they were *** in color. But I thought, maybe they still taste good despite their color suggesting they were less than fresh. When we cooked the steaks for dinner the odor and taste made it clear, the steaks had turned rancid. I was pleased to see they had a 100% satisfaction guarantee on their website, but unfortunately after several attempts to contact the company using their "contact us" part of the website, they have ignored my issue. I am requesting a refund on these steaks.

I had trouble sleeping that night, and woke up nauseous. I went ahead and went to work, but started vomiting shortly after arrival. I had to leave, missing a day of work, secondary to the food poisoning I suffered from this very expensive bundle. I dont dare even try the rest of the seafood. I wrote to the company, complaining about the quality of their food and my physical reaction to it, and no response.

On Jan *** I went to this companies truckload sale. I purchased $200 worth of meat. I was pleased with this purchase until this morning. When I opened my freezer to take something out for dinner tonight, I noticed at least 8 of the individually wrapped pieces were not vacuum sealed properly. The meat was already forming ice crystals and will be freezer burnt in no time. If it were 1 or 2 I could *** them immediately but there is way too much to make before it all has to be thrown away. I have looked for a way to contact this company, to no avail. I am fine with spending money on a product that I can use but this is not ok. I have children to feed and definitely do not have $200 to throw away.

Saw that Prime House Direct was selling steaks in the Menards parking lot in *** on March 26 2022. Bought a bundle of steaks and hamburgers for ***. Upon taking product home we thawed out a couple steaks about a week later. After the meat had thawed the steaks smelled weird to me and my wife but we went ahead and cooked them. We both tasted them and something doesnt taste right. Both me and my wife had stomach problems later that night. I emailed the company on April 4 to see how they would resolve the matter no response back. We thawed out a couple more steaks on April 9 2022. Upon thawing they smelled worse than the first ones like the meat was rancid. We threw those steaks away. I once again emailed the company and have never heard back as of April 17 2022

April 8 2022 purchased a box special of various types of beef for ***. this was a truck load meat sale located in Rome, . Two days after the purchase we were planning on cooking some of the meat but it was spoiled. I have never bought a steak that smelled like that. We then tried a different cut of meat, a filet mignon, it was a rolled up price of meat that looked like cubed steak and it had the same disgusting smell. I called the company and was told they don't offer a refund but they would ship me a better, larger box. I didn't want anything else because it was not what was advertised to begin with. The guy told me I could throw the meat I purchased away or give it to homeless people! How rude of him to suggest they be given spoiled meat! I would not feed that meat to a stray animal it was so disgusting! Now they dodge my calls and no one will return my calls!

We purchased meat at a truckload sale on September 6 for a total of $499.99. We saved it all in a large freezer in our garage. A few weeks later, we cooked the frozen steak and it was completely grey when defrosted- no blood or anything. The smell was terrible and it was completely inedible. We tried calling and at first they said they'd send a replacement. When we didn't receive it after several weeks, we tried calling and they refused to answer the phone. My husband finally blocked our number, tried calling and got through to another representative who said they'd "look into it". We never received a return call, response to emails or anything. We were completely scammed for $500 of spoiled meat. If I recall, there was a storm that week so I don't know if their truck or freezer failed or what, but we need to be refunded for this purchase that could have landed us in the hospital if we tried to actually eat it.

I purchased a 20-pack Ribeye Steak pack for $39.99 on 5/5/22. I brought these frozen steaks home immediately and began de-frosting 12 of them to use for a cookout later that evening. As the steaks were thawing, I noticed they were all discolored. Some pink, some light ***, some dark red. They all smelled differently too, with some smelling quite awful. Some were also slimy. I knew these were signs of meat going bad, so I threw them out, so as to not create any health problems for me or my family. I contacted the company via email, with no response. I contacted the company via their *** page, and they had simply said "Sure just return to the tent and they can swap them out for you." However, I could not do that because the meat was bad and I had to throw them away, so I could not swap them. They did not offer any further assistance, despite trying to contact them further. I would like my money back for receiving steak that was spoiled and inedible.
