Ueco Genius / Poor customer service
I bought ueco genius. And i wanted to buy spareparts. I sent inquiry in webshop singapore Osim on 29 March 2015. After one month, i didnt receive any call or feedback. Then i send inquiry to feed back team in website. They foward my email to their customer office. The executive customer service called me, but i didnt pick up as i am on meeting. I apologize thru email and send my list. No one then follow up. I call and call during my office hours and no one pick up. On 7 May 2015, i sent email again. Still no one follow up. I feel bad to Osim now. I just want to buy my sparepart.
Here is my list:
1. Steam Gun
2. Terry Cloth Cover
3. Cotton Cloth
4. Sponge Filter
5. HEPA filter
6. How much your fee for delivery?
I hope Osim can settle this quickly. It' s dragged too long. It's very bad for your reputation in service.
