SUBMIT A COMPLAINT / They didn't inform about other charges

I placed the order on the website, and I contacted the seller, because I live in another country and wanted to be sure that they would deliver it. The seller assured me that they would deliver it to my doors, but I needed to wait about & weeks. After 7 weeks, I got the phone call from this company, and it turned out that I needed to pay for custom charge and fright charges as well. And in total I needed to add $500 more. WTF? Why they didn’t tell me about it before? Don’t buy from them.
