I am a costumer of Bedford Fair. I recently was hospitalized for major heart surgery. Therefore, I wasn't able to make payments to this company on time. Since then, I've made attempts to make payments, that I can afford. Yet, I'm receiving harassing phone calls 7 days a week and all hours of the night. I can't sleep at night, because of the harassment. I'm on a fixed income and I'm 73 years old. I'm not well and it's affecting my health. I'm making payments every third of the month and I've spoke to them everyday. They keep calling everyday. Despite, the arrangements I've made with them. I tell them to stop calling, they stop for a few hours, then call back again and again. I'm tired. Is it possible that someone can help with this problem? I've been a good customer for years with this company and others. And I never felt so humiliated in my entire life. I'm making payments of $20 a month, they still call. I can't afford to pay to pay more than $100 dollars to bring the bill down. I do not need consolidation help, just for this company to STOP CALLING MY HOUSE.
