Retail Insight (Durban)inability to pay promoters.

I am a promoter which worked for retail insight since 2015 promoting in different campaigns but i worked during december holidays doing simcrds and we were told telkom was going to pay us directly hence we were given telkom gift cards by retail insight but up until today i have never received that payment. A deal breaker was when i worked for my recent promoting job in april ds year they had us sign disclaimers that if we do not submit on time they wont pay us...But i wasnt the only one who failed to submit on time all the promoters submitted late but i was again the only one who did not get paid its always a problem when salaries have to be distributed...I feel exploited hence there is nothing i can do about it please help...I was evn wrking pushing myself whilst i am pregnant bcoz i needed ds money
